We purchased this Chromebook for my 10th grade daughter. She said it is easy to use and loves the large screen. She also said that she likes the slightly larger keyboard because it is easier to type on than her previous, smaller Chromebook.

Easy to set up; everything transferred over from our other Chromebook. Once I installed all the updates, we were able to stream oir shows with no problems. Great picture quality & long battery life. Would buy this again.

I liked the first one I bought, I bought a second one! Very easy to set up and use. Pretty basic laptop, but it certainly meets my needs. The Chrome OS functions especially well. Very good audio and video quality. I have become a loyal Samsung customer and use several of their devices (TV, smartphones, laptops).

Luv my little Chromebook! Best choice for the basics plus some groovy apps included. Excellent decision for a student or senior citizen, that is tech savvy! User friendly and easily adaptable to manage.

So far so good, So long as i stick to simple things like google docs the battery can last a whole workday, fine workmanship and quality as can be expected by a Samsung product.

This Chromebook works extremely well! Sure it isn't super powered, but it does everything it was made for. Web surfing, streaming, Zoom video calls. It will print to a wireless printer and using a wireless mouse is no issue. Really great product if all you need is the Google ecposystem.

Chromebooks are very user friendly and this one is the same .I use this for school and to let my son watch movies and cartoons in the car and it’s perfect for that.

Ordering was extremely easy. Shipping was fast and package was handled with care so as to prevent damage. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up. Now up and running this machine will be a welcome part of the family.

Great laptop for the price. Didn’t need gaming capabilities or lots of fancy items. Easy set up and only glitch was hooking up to the internet. Once that was done it was great.

Loved the price. Open box, the screen is so much bigger than his old chrome book. He just uses it for school work. Tried gaming with it, but he said he did not like it.

Basically the same as my older Samsung Chromebook (which I love) but with a bigger, higher quality screen and, of course, it's new. Such a bargain!

I just bought this to do school work and it has done perfect for that. My son is visiting and now using it to play RPG’s and he has not complained so it must be doing well for that as well

This is a replacement. I love how all I needed to do was sign in and all of my info popped up. It works well, fast and the speed is good. The camera and audio work well also.
