Superb quality and performance! Temperature settings are accurate and the size is perfect for empty nesters or soon to be empty nesters. The refrigerator is very quiet and is perfect for an open floor plan. We went from a 28 cubic foot refrigerator to this model and it is just the right size, compliments the kitchen instead on dominating the kitchen. The ice maker performs well and the LED lighting adds a nice touch. The only disappointment was the unit did not come with a water filter for the ice maker but this is easy to solve by purchasing an inline water filter (about $30).

We tried to buy a little bigger fridge, but it was not fit our small apartment doors. But this one is good too.

Refrigerator fits nicely in smaller kitchen. Could use more door storage.

I am very pleased with this purchase. There is a lot of interior space and I love the freezer on the bottom.

At 20.0 cu ft. This can pack our food for 4 people good for 2 weeks. It kept my veggies and fruits crisp and fresh longer than any conventional fridge. that is why we bought it because we buy food every two weeks. Although the downside is you cannot put milk cartons or gallons upright, we just put them sidewards. the alarm is good for saving energy. the look is very elegant. we have a narrow kitchen and this one fits perfectly. my sister is moving out and i am definitely recommending this fridge. i had this fridge for 4 months now and we don't have any problem about it. if you hear a low creaking sound. check your controls it might be the ice maker. oh about it. my apartment does not have water line for my ice maker. so i cannot comment about it. LED and digital controls make it look so Elegant for the Price. oh one more thing. it brought down our electric bill and cost of food by 35-40%. so pretty much it is a sound investment.

First problem limited gallon storage. Only two places on bottom of doors. Must close left side door first before right. Not enough adjustments on shelving. Freezer door sometimes doesn't shut all the way causing frost in freezer. My suggestion is to find another refrigerator ...

Not durable, leaked water early on and has died 2 times so far, waiting for service to come out and see what's going on this time.

I purchased this, but the shelving space is tiny . Barely room for basics . And you can't move the shelving around.

I had issues with my first fridge, the freezer wouldn't seal. Once Samsung agreed to an exchange (bad process, bad customer service, bad company). Best Buy was more than accommodating to get me a new one at my house with little to no time. Hats off to Best Buy's customer service and exchange policy.

We bought this fridge a couple months ago and the first one worked fine but made a loud noise when cooling. We called up Best Buy to to see what the exchange policy was and they were very helpful in setting up a schedule within a week. They delivered the replacement fridge promptly and hauled the defective one away. Ever since we received our replacement fridge, we've had nothing but good performance out of it. It's the perfect size for our small one-family house, quiet, and energy efficient. We love the digital temperature setting feature and the recommended temperature seems to be perfect for the fridge and the freezer setting. I can't emphasize enough how much I love this fridge. It's just as aesthetically pleasing as well.

I had to send this back. Freezer froze up. Best Buy was very good about an upgrade.

I have been looking for several years for a design /layout i liked. I have a limited space and needed a counter depth model. I have a kitchen/garage door rt. angle to door opening of the frig. and a counter in front of frig... so doors/handles were a major factor considering their opening. I wanted to get away from the 'top' freezer models that are prevelant in counter depth models (unless you want to spend the 'big bucks'. This refrigerator has fulfilled my dreams. It is a beautiful refrigerator to look at. Even though it is not advertised as a counter depth model, it is......it is the same depth as other c/d models. The handels might be a little larger but does not create any problem for me. It fits perfectly in my smaller space...(older home). I love having the french door refrigerator sectiion at eye level....plenty of holding power and the drawers DO keep produce longer as they advertise....probably because of the dual air control. You have to keep tall items in the door but there is adequate room in both doors. I also love the pull out freezer on the bottom. You sacrafice a little on the holding power with the ice maker but maybe i won't buy so much darn food i don't need! Ice maker seems to work good. I rarely hear it....but then i don't listen for it. My only issue with this frig. was the 'new operating' smell. It was so bad in the beginning i phoned for a service call. It penetrated foods that were not tightly sealed that i had to throw away. I have had the frig. for a month now and the smell is finally all gone. It just took awhile. The technition (over the phone) also said it was probably just the gases / freeon starting up. I think it took alot longer than it should have but it did correct itself. I may have an overly sensitive nose because i had a friend take a 'whiff' and she couldn't smell it. There is no water dispenser but that doesn't bother me as an individual i'd rather have the space. overall....GREAT

We purchased this refrigerator about 2 months ago for our family of 3. I held off giving a review waiting to see if there were any issues that would come up. None whatsoever! The delivery team was unbelievable. They carried the new one right up our stairs! Best of all, they removed our dinosaur for free! We had been looking for a counter depth French Door refrigerator that would fit in our limited space for quite some time. While shopping at Best Buy, found this one (20.0 cu ft) on sale and I had to have it. Love the Stainless Platinum! So easy to clean and magnets stick to it for your photos. It's so pretty, I don't want to cover it up with photos. LOL! Dual temp controls are great. I found the recommended setting for the top to be a little cold, as my lettuce was getting frosty. Reduced the temp a little and now my produce stays fresh for a long time. Produce in my older fridge would go bad after a few days! The pleasant door chime is great when someone doesn't close it all the way. No more bending down to find food. Shelves are easily adjustable and the cold cuts bin slides to adjust for your food. The cold cuts bin IS small but I have gotten used to it now. Tall items must be placed in the door but there is adequate room in both doors. This refrigerator is very quiet. The only sound I hear (which is not loud) is the ice dropping and the trays filling with water. No more filling ice trays....ahhhh! Energy efficient!!!!! My electric bill dropped greatly. I guess our old dinosaur was using a lot of power. I wasn't sure how I would like a bottom freezer, but now I don't know how I had gotten along without one. The pull out bottom freezer door glides open easily. It is wonderful. Two pull-out freezer drawers make it easy to get to the food. Ice maker is on the left side and it doesn't take up much room at all. Our old fridge didn't have an ice maker. I know I said this already but, no more filling ice trays. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to roll for cleaning. I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR!

Lasted less than 3 years. 6 calls then had to junk it.

We purchased this online without seeing in person. I was surprised at how great it looked when it was delivered. Very sharp! If you think stainless is the way to go, then you are missing out on a gorgeous machine. The black is glossy, and does not show fingerprints. I really like the digital readout inside the french doors that shows exactly how cold the fridge and freezer are. I'm still playing with the settings, but so far this is a wonderful unit. My only negative is getting used to the style. You need to close the left side first for the doors to sit correctly. You can close the right one first, however the left one has to adjust around it. I'm sure that if you continue to close it wrong, you could damage the doors somehow. If you have priced french door refrigerators, then you know how expencive they can be. This is a great deal for such a nice unit. Don't pass this one up folks!

In our household, it's just my boyfriend and I. We absolutely LOVE the fridge. We cook all our meals, so there is abundance of food in the fridge at all times. This fridge holds it ALL- except the round bottom Brita Water pitcher. It doesn't fit in the door because it is too wide. If you adjust the shelves to fit the height of it, there isn't room for much else. So if you use a Brita pitcher, be prepared to buy the rectangle one. We don't buy gallon jugs of milk or juice, so I'm not sure if those will fit or not. We are able to get 2, 1/2 gallon juice/milk cartons and a salad dressing bottle in the same bottom door "pocket." The door "pockets" will hold 2 liter bottles, however, you have to lose one of the other smaller "pockets." We just lay the liter bottle on it's side on the shelf. The fridge is SUPER quiet. The only time you hear it, is when the ice maker is filling the trays with water. Other than that nothing. The sound notifying you that the door is open is very pleasant. It is a pleasant chime, more than an alarm. It's great for narrow or smaller kitchens!
