I didn't expect this to sound nearly as good as it does. Im telling you it is wonderful. Lots of base and great sound. Would buy again for sure!

Only issue I have is I can't figure out how to put the batteries in the remote control for the soundbar? Directions are not very clear, or non existant.

I'm sorry to see that you are disappointed in audio clarity.
It has come to our attention that customers may be positioning the soundbar incorrectly, resulting in poor sound quality and/or low volume. The soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If the soundbar is incorrectly positioned with the SAMSUNG facing you when you sit, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

Great sound and value

The dialogue is much more clear and overall sound is much richer than the TV audio. Since we have a Samsung TV, it operates from a single remote.

I did not even have too link the sound bar subwoofer, it automatically connected once powering on. Plus it has good distance for being wireless.

It has great power and reproduces good bass through the sub, and the very heavy bar just amazes with the directional sound, all in high fidelity. I highly recommend it!

Little difference in sound quality between sound modes. Subwoofer can be difficult to pair.

Use HDMI unless you have a separate receiver. Sound is very good. Subwoofer is good could be better but Bluetooth hook up is very easy to connect to your other devices

Left to right or front to back speakers volume control. Other than that it sounds great.

Watching TV without this soundbar isn't the same anymore. Only con I can think of is sometimes it powers on by itself when I use Netflix
