    Did not ask for this sound bar. Installer had to leave in a hurry to install Direct TV I paid for Geek Squad

    In about 28 days, it will be 3 years since I've purchased this. So far, it has worked great for me. No problems and no hiccups. The sound is great and spacious for an apartment. From time to time, when you watch a show or movie and there are quiet parts, you might have to turn it up some to hear what they are saying. Truthfully, I think soundbar systems in general are gonna be this way nowadays, but that could also be because of the type of soundbar i have (which is 2.1 channel/320W). Perhaps if I had a 5.1 channel or one with more features this would be different? Either way, I love my setup. This is the first soundbar/subwoofer set I've ever purchased. I haven't used it on a daily basis, but when I have used it, it works like a charm. It's certainly louder than I imagined when I first purchased it. The loudest I've ever had it is about 50 to 55, and that's because I don't really need it louder. If I turn it up any louder, it would just annoy the neighbors since I live in an apartment, and like I said, it's still plenty loud for me. It was easy to set up as well. Overall, this was a great purchase.

    This is a step up from my previous Samsung soundbar. The sound is very crisp and clear. I have a SamsungQLED tv and it paired perfectly with it. Very easy to set up. I also pair my phone to it as well to play music. The sound awesome.

    Very good sound. My tv is a Samsung 65 inch Magnolia . All I had to do was hook it up and plug it in to the wall receptacle. I bought a Polk sound bar with woofer 3 years ago and it would lose pairing when I turned tv off. Had to pair every time I turned the tv back on!

    My first impression is that it sounds good but there is something missing almost creating a muffled like sound; I believe Mids are missing. It's like an oreo without stuffing. I noticed that there is an option to pair it with 2 other bookshelf type speakers so I'm still holding out hope that as a whole it will sound better. I'd return it but it's not worth the hassle. I own a few Samsung products that sound good so I'm slightly disappointed but at $200 you get what you pay for. I currently use the following headphones/speaker brands to make my comparison. Nothing over $400 except older Samsung soundbar. I stick to lower budget items: Samsung bookshelf speaker (the best of all of them) 2 Bose speakers LG soundbar Nuraphones Beats studio 3 Bowers and wilkins wired in ear (best sound in a headphone yet) Alienware headset Several wireless headsets Bone conducting headset Logitech g433 Turtle beach Afterglow headset

    Too much bass, too little clarity

    The bass was great, if that’s what you’re looking for. But if you want to hear clear voices you won’t find that on this model. Voices often come across as muffled.

    Setup was easy and my Samsung TV recognized the soundbar as one of their own. (CEC Anynet+) But then the real problems began. The HDMI TV ARC configuration between TV and soundbar worked for 32 days and then quit! The only way the soundbar will work now is through Digital Audio Optical. I spent HOURS on the phone with Samsung and went through all of their troubleshooting procedures. They finally gave me return repair authorization which I am considering doing. Even while it was working with TV ARC I was never pleased with the sound quality. No amount of time spent with fine tuning using the equalizer, etc., would improve the overall sound quality. I could go on but suffice to say I am highly disappointed!!

      Our warranty process is efficient and easy:
      1) Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form.
      a) This form will ask for your contact info, reason for repair, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible).
      b) Please email us back the completed form and proof of purchase.
      2) Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number. If you are within the U.S., you will also be emailed a UPS label to send us your Soundbar/Speakers/UBD for assessment.
      3) You should receive your repaired or replacement unit within 5-7 business days from the date you shipped us back your model.

    Poor Base

    Got this to replaced a fairly old Polk Audio bar and was very disappointed when I got it connected and turned on. There is very little base, even with the base turn all the way up and the sub set to 6. The middles and uppers were okay but the volume had to but near 80 to get a good sound. Will be returning.

      If you have not returned the soundbar yet, there are two adjustments that can be made to maximize the potential of the included wireless subwoofer. First, is to increase the WOOFER level from the included remote control. Second is to adjust the bass control: Press the Sound Control button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level.

      Finally, for precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize for your room acoustics.
