I bought this as EXCELLENT CONDITION . On opening the box I found that everything was just jammed into to box sealed and sent. The book had numbers written all over it. No S video cord was anywhere , no batteries for remote ? "excellent condition" far from it. I decided to hook it up and see if it worked. I read all the reviews and for the money I knew what to expect. I'm sorry to say it does not match up to most of the reviews. I sent it back thinking it was just the soundbar I received and agreed to have it replaced. The second soundbar was received in great condition and with all parts packaged . I hooked it up . It connected immediately with my TV. Here is where I am disappointed. My 10 year old ENERGY had more quality and dept. I gave it a week to see if I could do some adjustments to give it what I expected. I had to leave town for 2 months and did not have time to send it back. I wish I would of spent more money and bought a better soundbar. It baffles me where the ratings that I read came from.
