A: I have a Samsung TV as well as this sound bar. I went under my TV settings and changed my audio settings to the optical output and I have no problems. All of my remotes control the sound bar now. The sound is so much better.

A: I have a curved 55 in Samsung and the sound bar is a definite improvement. The volume syncs nicely with the cable remote. You should be able to play music through Bluetooth or audio cord.
