Poor subwoofer volume

Thank you for your review of the Samsung HW-M360 Audio Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you had some control issues with this soundbar
Please know that the unit has a dedicated Subwoofer level control on your remote.
The button is labeled “WOOFER”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
Push the button up or down to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12, or -6 to +6.
Pressing the button will revert the subwoofer volume to level 0.

Have you tried selecting the Clear Voice sound mode for enhancement of vocal clarity?
You can easily select the Clear Voice mode or any other preferred choice by pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote control, located just under the main button.

Low sound

I have to crank the volume up to 50 to get a good sound. I cant return it because I have thrown the box out because I trusted that it was great quality. I did buy it used in excellent condition but I assume it should be working

It’s okay

Good Value for the Price

Very low quality product

Ok for the price

Good deal
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a decent, low priced soundbar and surround speakers, and this did the job. Let me start by saying if you do not want surround speakers, the HW-K460 is a far better soundbar for only $10 more. I listened to the 460 in store and was blown away. However the SWA-8000S rear speakers that are compatible with that soundbar are discontinued. The store did not have a working 360 demo, so I bought it and the SWA-8500s rears without hearing them first. This soundbar holds it's own, but it's not nearly as impactful as the 460. That all said, there is a lot to like about the 360. Wall mounting, connections, and set up are ridiculously easy. It sounds great, although it is much quieter than I expected. At first I thought it was the common issue of low input level from the TV, but then I connected from my phone via Bluetooth and the volume level was still very low. I have to crank the volume on the soundbar to between 70 and 90 depending on the app to get to a level I enjoy. The 460 was MUCH louder in store, so for ten bucks more if you don't want the rear speakers definitely go with that one. All in all though, this is a great little soundbar. For most people the volume level will be just fine, it's a HUGE upgrade from the TV speakers, and with the rears on sale for $69 the combo was a great deal.

Disappointed

Sound is not great. I wonder they have mentioned 200 Watts, but this soundbar would be ok only for a very small room. 2 stars for some difference in my TV's sound. I believe Bose had issues with their small speakers with soundbar and they corrected with their software. I hope Samsung can do that too.
