Fills the room like a theatre.

I am very sorry to see that you are not happy with the volume performance on this Soundbar.
To improve big changes in volume between sources, we suggest turning on Dynamic Range Control (DRC). DRC allows you to apply dynamic range control to Dolby Digital tracks. With the DRC turned on, loud sound is reduced. (The sound may be distorted.)
To turn on DRC:
Turn off the Soundbar > Press and hold the SOUND MODE button (located above the Volume button) on the remote control for about 5 seconds.

Not so great

I was told it really only works during movies but even then it almost like it’s not there. I would not recommend this product or purchase it again.

Please know that the M360 has a dedicated Subwoofer level control on your remote.
The button is labeled “WOOFER”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
Push the button up or down to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12, or -6 to +6.
Pressing the button will revert the subwoofer volume to level 0.

It's is low when connected to my tv

Polk use to be good quality.

Had a cheap Samsung wired sub that sounded better. Plus this is the second one I have bought to replace my old Samsung. Would like to take this back too.

Great Speaker but I was let down

When I first tested the sound bar at home, I was impressed. I also purchased a Samsung television and picked up a a full motion wall mount along with a universal sound bar mount so that I could attach the sound bar to the mount so that it sits and moves with my television. Where my television sits in my room it does not point towards me from a flat wall, so I needed the sound bar mount attached to the television mount so that I could turn the television and sound bar towards me at any point in the room. Long story short the sound bar is not compatible with hanging television mounts because its screws are located underneath the sound bar instead of its side. So unless you are willing to do some DIY to finesse this fault, if your attempting to do the same thing you are better off getting a different sounder that does not have this problem.

I bought an LG surround for my LG TV and a Samsung surround for my Samsung brand new TV and I have to say there is such a huge difference. Half the time I can barely make out what people are saying with the Samsung surround and I prefer trying to watch movies out of my bedroom. I wish I had not thrown out the box outside and left in the rain otherwise I would’ve used it to return this item but I’m not sure they’ll take it back without the original box

Have you tried selecting the Clear Voice sound mode for enhancement of vocal clarity?
You can easily select the Clear Voice mode or any other preferred choice by pressing the Sound Mode button on your remote control, located just under the main button.
