    Sound lagging

    The speaker was very easy to set up but after using it with my tv the sound would lag and skip while watching tv and movies. Ended up returning it and got an LG sound bar and it was perfect.

    Maybe it was our tv - it's 7 years old, but after having problems with the sound we decided to try a sound bar. Unfortunately we could hardly hear this one and se returned it.

    I professionally had my Samsung soundbar connected to my Samsung smart tv. A few weeks after installation, the soundbar arbitrarily increases its volume. The remote does not work to adjust the sound. Had the tech back in to recheck connections, without success. I do not recommend this model soundbar.

    POC! never worked right

    This was my second sound bar. First is great but it was top of line from Costco and this is mid range as a gift. What a piece it never worked quite right. It began to make crackling noises 3 weeks after purchase and would go away. Now it simply just makes the same noise but 90% of the time. Not useable....thanks Samsung and Best Buy! What a great Christmas gift for a family member....NOT!

    Bought this sound bar as a Christmas present for a family member. After hooking it up with the supplied optical cable, the sound bar would constantly power off after five minutes. Apparently some Samsung bars have a power save mode after five minutes, which I discovered on some forums. Saved myself the aggregation and returned it promptly the next day. Save yourself the hassle and buy a different brand.

      Please know that the HW-M360 has a dedicated Subwoofer level control on your remote
      The button is labeled “WOOFER”, and is located to the right of the Volume button.
      Push the button up or down to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12, or -6 to +6.
      Pressing the button will revert the subwoofer volume to level 0.

    Not A Good Sound Bar

    The only good thing about this sound bar is the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The speakers popped the first few hours I had it on. The subwoofer is supposed to automatically pair with the soundbar but it didn't happen. Had to follow the manual instructions about 5 times before the blue light finally came on solid.

    Once again I tried to give bb a chance. Once again they screwed it up. Purchased an open box unit in excellent condition. After Christmas I go to set it up. No power cable to the subwoofer. Go back to the store. Second time i set it up. Run power cable zip tie everything. Then the soundbar itself doesn't power on. Customer service over the phone or in person didn't help. Goodbye bestbuy. Never again

    To be short and sweet, this was an unfortunate buy. I purchased this item because we got a good deal on a Samsung TV so of course I had to purchase a Samsung sound bar. Coming from a Sony setup, I was extremely disappointed in this item. The sound is about equal to the TV speakers. Definitely not worth buying.
