I live in an apartment complex and got my first complaint in three years from my upstairs neighbor because of the sub woofer. Now I have the sub set to the lowest (-12) setting and it's perfect. Still feel the bass but it's not overpowering. Really good system!

This soundbar is not loud enough for a living room but perfect for a room. Bass is not as loud. Sounds are clean. It has one optical input and a big plus is that it's Bluetooth and the sub-woofer is wireless.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The bass is a little heavy, hard to hear when they are just talking so you turn it up then if anything thing starts, explosions, singing etc...it's too loud. Only problem we've had is sometimes the bar won't turn on when the tv is turned. Not sure why it does it but not very often that it does this

The sound is better than what you would get with tv speakers. With TV/Cable the sound is not great but ok. I tested with blu ray movies and the sound is great for a 2.1 channel soundbar.

The bluetooth subwoofer is also a plus. It sounds odd years of excellent quality crystal clear sound through speakers and makes my TV watching a lot more better than before. I actually feel like I'm in the movie theater when I watch movies.

The subwoofer is a nice touch and it really brings out the sound details when watching movies. I have used this sound bar wirelessly and wired; I prefer wired. The wireless setup, even with a Samsung SmartTV was hit and miss as far as synching with the TV.

As I stated in another review, I should have asked more questions but store was busy and had to get moving. This set up is going back to Best Buy.

If you are someone who is looking for sound quality this soundbar is not for you. I suggest saving and going with the Samsung hw-k550 for the price. Demo it in store and it will blow your mind.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung K360 Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are not completely happy with sound quality.
A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel, and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) It is not uncommon that customers instead are placing the bar with the logo facing them (instead of up), which results in the display being face-down and the unit resting on the speakers. This will result in muffled or low quality sound.
