Suggest the instructions indicate that the clear plastic caps on the ends of the optical cable be removed before insertion into the sound bar & TV. I was not sure they needed to be removed since they were clear plastic & thought they possibly may be the actual ends of the optical cable.

At first I did't think this would be powerful enough, but I was surprised by how powerful it is. Additional advantages: -I set up the speaker to power on and off with my Xbox one . When paired with amazon echo the soundbar automatically powers on -when I ask Alexa to connect to a Bluetooth device

It is a very nice sound bar with perfect sound. only issue I have with this is that there is no HDMI and have to pay extra bucks to get one with HDMI. My Samsung 55 inch Curved TV would not sync volume with this sound bar, only option to sync volume is with HDMI which this sound bar lacks.

Bought this to supplement the lackluster sound from my television. This provides just the right amount of low end and definition without blowing me away. Love that it will shut itself off when no signal is coming through and "wake" up when you turn on your TV again. Very happy with this purchase.

My girlfriend constantly remarks about how this system can produce some impressive 3d sound. She often glances over her shoulder and asks if it was the soundbar! Has some solid sound, the display is easy to see and it is very responsive, ready to go in like 2 seconds when powering up

Hands down this is the best soundbar available. This is the 6th Samsung soundbar of this model type to join our immediate family over the last couple years. Everyone that hears it has to know what kind it is and where is it at. Has all the features you need. Don't hesitate, get this now.

Its pretty good, I use it for the computer since the soundbar has the speakers and control in one unit. Its has very good sound, and you can change most options from the remote. If your looking for an alternative to computer speakers or your tv's sound this is worth getting.

I love my sound bar. The wireless subwoofer has a great bass to it and it fills up basement with great sound. I hardly use the remote that came with it unless I'm changing inputs to Bluetooth, it turns on when my tv comes on and I can control the sound from my normal remote.

Great sound bar I can use with my phone and desk top computers and tv, I can use it outside wen we have a party. I like the remote control I can change sound fx and volume with on/off button. with seprate sub woofer I can place it any where to make it sound a lil bit soround sound.

We saw it on sale while shopping in the store and decided to go for it. We kept it but it's not as loud as we expected. We can turn it all the way up and it's not much louder than our tv turned all the way up.

Great soundbar and wireless subwoofer, especially for the price! Syncing was no problem, the remote is simple to use, the volume is nice and the sound is clear. If I had one desire, it would be for more powerful bass. But I bought it refurbished for 33% and have no complaints!

I like the sound and the blue tooth connection.I have all samsung products so they connect with no problem. This sound bar comes with two power cords one for the bass and the other for the sound bar.If you don't want too many wires this is not the sound bar for you.

Bought this sound bar to go w/ my 65 inch Samsung 65ks8000f TV. It definitely enhances the sound & makes it that more enjoyable. You could spend 100s more on bigger bars, but why unless you're a real sound aficionado. More than adequate & very happy w/ the selection!

Keep the sub near the sound bar to give better impact from TV. Programmable to Comcast remote as well.

This sound bar blew me away the first time I turned it on. For only 130 watts, it sounds like 300w models. Great volume without distortion, even the little subwoofer can hit the low notes well. I also purchased this for my stepdad for christmas because I liked it so much.

This sound bar and wireless subwoofer sound excellent! Perfect for a smaller TV and room like a bedroom or home office. I bought two of them.

This devise works well with devices in close proximity. If you move to far away it will skip with blue tooth devices. Otherwise it is a good product and the speakers sound nice.

Flat screen TVs have speakers that leave much to be desired. We upgraded our den TV and did not want to purchase another home theater system. The sound was cheesy so we decided to add a sound bar and sub. What an improvement. TV viewing is enjoyable again.

I bought an open box item of this sound bar. The only complaint I have is that it came with instructions for a television rather than a sound bar, so I had to Google the instructions for setup. Otherwise it is an excellent improvement to the sound of my television!

This was a absolute great solution to the perfect bedroom television experience. After installing this product to a Samsung smart television looking at movies would never be the same. The sound enhancement is the perfect combination to any bedroom television.
