Thank you for your review of the Samsung HW-K360 2.1 Channel 300 Watt Wireless Audio Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you had some control issues with this soundbar
Please know that the Samsung K360 would be able to be controlled with one remote if:
a) It is connected to the TV via HDMI ARC or
b) It is connected wirelessly to the TV via TV SoundConnect
However, neither of these solutions is possible if you are trying to connect it to TV's that do not have TV SoundConnect or HDMI via ARC.
