      A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.\

    optical did not fit the TV

    I purchase the speakers because it liked the sound, but when I got home I was trying to connected to my Samsung series 6 but the optical did not fit in the tv or the speaker. call geek squad for help, was told to take it back to best buy which is 15 miles from where I live, got there but geek squad was not available, so I just return the product.

    sound is good and deep

    The sound is what you would want I'm a sound bar with a wireless subwoofer. Low rating is from the hard hard volume controls. I seem to always have to move the remote around while trying to move up or down thw volume. For some reason my unit does not show what function it's on either and idk could be something I did as well
