Great sounding unit, when it works

It sounded great but had an issue of auto shutting off every few minutes. I'm sure this isn't the issue with all units but I ended up returning this and upgrading to an LG.

Don't Buy

Terrible sound and connection

open box NOT a good deal

When the TV arrived and we opened the sound bar box, the remote was missing the battery and the battery cover. My attempts to get it replaced have been very disappointing and even though I purchased the extra GEEK SQUAD protection/warranty I have not gotten anything but the run-around from BestBuy and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service from BestBuy.

volume not loud enoug

Posted .Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you had difficulties with your unit.
A possible cause may be that the Soundbar is not placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

Sound bar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My dad really like Samsung products and I wanted to get him a sound bar that went along with his tv in his living room, but the first one I brought did not work they stated is was an manufacturing problem then second one I just didn't like the base in it. I had to go back to my original plans and get a nose system like I have but I also think there are better products than Bose but the price for Bose is more reasonable

Sub-woofer would not Synchronize - Returned

No response from the sound bar. Telephone support was unable to get it going. They suggested I try Best Buy Geek Squad. Made an appointment and technician felt it best to exchange and he recommended Sony instead.

Terrible purchase

The reviews said excellent condition (open box) that it had been tested and worked. I got it and after 3 techs trying it would not turn on. Went to return it and the store gave me grief on the box being beat up. That is how it was delivered. Disappointed customer but have finally found a successful sound at a different retailer.

Stopped working after a little less than 1 year!

The same message scrolls constantly, stating that it is ready for setup. However, nothing happens with any attempt to make changes. When I buy a product, I expect it to last longer than one year. I would not recommend this product.

Didn't work
