    The tag said no missing pieces. I got home and realized it's missing a remote and power supply to sub. It has been difficult to impossible to find the power supply so I haven't gotten to use it all properly.

    Another Samsung product messed up it keeps turning off and it just recently shut off and won't come on i wish i had a warranty on it so i can take it back i haven't had it for 6 months

    The optical cable does not lock in place. The sound is intermittent requiring constant fiddling with the cable. I would return it but it is a long drive to nearest store.

    First off the cables don't stay attached in the back of the bar. Every little bump of the bar and they fall out. Secondly, the cover is upside down and backwards.

    We were used to a theater system that was 7 years old. The sound bar didn't compare with the tone, bass or volume of sound we were used to.

      A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel, which will indicate the unit is on. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) It is not uncommon that customers instead are placing the bar with the logo facing them (instead of up), which results in the display being face-down on the table, hidden from sight and thus not showing that the unit is on. The unit may also be unresponsive to the remote control.

    Great Soundbar

    Had some issues with getting the product to work out of the box, but I think it may have been bad luck on my end because it would not even power on. I happened to get the geek squad protection plan so Best Buy was great in giving me a brand new soundbar no questions asked. The soundbar is great sound for the price, there are definitely better options out there quality wise but for under $200 I have not found many better options. The wireless subwoofer is a great added feature that I originally did not know was included when I was looking at the sound bars in the store. I have mine hooked up to a very old samsung HD TV and using the digital optic cable it allows the device to turn off when I turn the TV/Cable off with the cable remote and powers back on when I turn on the system. The 'Sound Effects' also provide a good range of options from music to sports to movies. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

    Good Soundbar for the price

    I received my soundbar about a week ago. It was very easy to set up (took less than 20 minutes). The bar itself has great sound and can change the effects on it. The sub woofer however is lacking just a bit. It gives decent bass but nothing to brag about. Overall, it is a good soundbar system at a low price.

    Matched with 32" Samsung Smart LED. Good sound quality for bedroom. Make sure "Samsung" insignia is facing up and not towards you. I was scratching my head trying to figure out why it wasn't working initially, and then (duh) I realized I had the front of the sound bar facing down.

    This soundbar was a great improvement over my Vizio tv's speakers. I can hear the dialogue well, and the presets a spot on. For instance, the sports setting gives a little every oompf for soccer games, allowing me to notice the thump of the ball and the fans chanting in the stands - things I could never hear before. I was worried the output on this wouldn't be enough, but it fills our medium-sized living room well. Bluetooth is strong and you can play with the equalizer if you tinker in the menus in case you really want to fine tune your sound (feature is not listed in the manual).

    bought this as a gift for a friend he loved it! very easy to setup dig. opt. chord included also takes aux in which i ran to his audio rca good deal all in all great sound quality flawless bluetooth
