    Sweet sound

    I am VERY impressed with the quality of sound. This soundbar has a small footprint and delivers clarity of sound and a good full range sound. I am a movie nut and like what this does with special effects. I can run the volume up to add fullness and not disturb my neighbors. Great product.

    1-to save frustration-remove plastic ends off optical cables before inserting. It fails to tell you that. 2-the instruction book skips a few steps.It tells you to set somethings up but doesn't tell you where that is.

    Great price, great sound

    I have been following Samsung soundbars for several years, waiting for a good price to come along. This soundbar is a hit. Syncs really well with my 4k Samsung 55" TV. Great stereo sound and deep bass.

    This sound bar is very nice in design, easy to install to wall and to put to use. Subwoofer and sound quality exceed my expectations and is very loud for a bedroom and perfect for a living room.

    Poor instructions and poor functions

    I hooked up the bar to a Samsung 49" Series 7 TV my wife and I bought at the same time. I couldn't get the volume control to work with the TV control. I called Samsung and after waiting 20 minutes got a person. I followed many instructions provided by the CSR and ended up being told the TV control would not control the sound bar volume. Stupid. Don't buy this HW-K360 unless you know for sure the volume can be controlled with your TV controller or you like 2 controllers.

    Bad Customer Service

    My wireless subwoofer kept disconnecting one month after I had bought it back in January 2017. Called customer service and they said I had to mail it to them which cost 33.00 of my own money in which they would not refund. I let best buy send if for me for free and when I got it back the subwoofer worked for 30 min and started to disconnect again so I had best buy send it again, same thing happened again. After the second time I called Samsung and they said they never got the sound bar but there where notes on the work order from the technician. I requested a new one and they are refusing to do it. its costing more to ship the product and look at it than to just give me a new one. I am about to report Samsung to the better business bureau and post a video on YouTube of the subwoofer not working if they do not replace it after I mail it the third time. This has been a headache for me and I am done with Samsung, I love their products but I have not been through nothing like this with any company.

    Sound bar did not power on

    The Sound bar arrived this morning and I was looking forward to hear the sound. However, the setup was a big disappointment since the main unit (the bar) seemed to be dead. The subwoofer ID blue light kept blinking and could not pair to the bar. Even after having tried manually to pair the two there was no sign of life. Returned the set to Best Buy and got my money back.

    I did my homework on his soundbar and everyone gave it decent reviews but it was hardly louder than my Samsung 4k tv, I strongly suggest spending the extra $50 or so more on the next best model, the 4 series. The quality between the 2 is night and day.

    Don't waste your money

    The audio repeatedly drops out, and there is also a static sound. Very distracting. Don't waste your money on this soundbar. You'll be disappointed.

    disappointed

    Just hooked up our new sound bar and the sound keeps cutting out. Just for a second. Over and over. So now I guess we have pack it up and haul it into town 30 miles away to get someone to look at it. Very disappointing.

    has to unplugged and replugged to work

    This sound bar worked fine for about three years; however, in the last month, we have had to unplug it and replug in order to get any sound. Sometimes when we turn on the TV, there is absolutely no sound until we unplug it and plug it back in.

    Bad, Do not buy

    This one I bought was Open Box Item on sale for $96.99. Dead On Arrival. Remote didnt work. No Sound, absolute garbage. The subwoofer is very cheap hollow box. Do not Buy!
