    System has a good sound and good bass, but is very quiet, even in our small living room. We had a movie day with friends and several times we had to turn it up all the way. Easy setup and it looks nice. Not a bad system if you can get it on sale and you have a very small room that you plan to use this in.

    It sounds great but the remote stopped working within days of purchase. From what I have read online, this is very common. So we have to manually adjust volume on the bar but we have downloaded the app on our phones to adjust the volume. Not a huge issue but would prefer to have the remote work.

    I ordered the sound bar as an open box item. It came with a broken remote control and the ordering was very tricky. There was a free shipping promotion that I was for some reason unable to take advantage of. The sound bar is OK if you have a Samsung TV. Otherwise I definitely do not recommend it.

    It's definitely not wireless because you have to plug it into the TV and the electric so unless there's an outlet near the TV you're still plugging it in and you're plugging it into the TV and the subwoofer has to be plugged in to the electricity as well but it does the job the sound is great it does not sounds like our Bose surround sound home theater system but it does make it a little louder it's weird because it takes away from the volume from the TV so you're watching the TV but the sound is coming from somewhere else I like how the speaker has a little display on it and lights up and you can adjust the volume and stuff with the remote that it comes with and I love the mounting brackets and easy instructions and it even has a little map of how to put the holes where you want them so they're exactly the right distance apart it's like a stencil

    We purchased this soundbar on the recommendation of our sales person - they said that buying the same brand as the TV makes it more integrated. I took this to mean we would only need one remote... so totally not true! We have ended up turning the sound bar off, keeping only "in case" we have a show or DVD that our regular sound doesn't work right on. We just did not want to deal with 2 remotes all the time. If the sales rep would have told us that we would need to use 2 remotes by adding a sound bar I probably would have put off buying one to see how the sound on the tv worked first. As it turns out - we have had zero need for the soundbar so far. I realize we could take the soundbar back but we paid for a professional install and just decided to keep it.

    This is a good sounding audio device, but I really don't think anyone who does not already own a specific Samsung TV would choose this over any other sound bar. While it works fine it does not integrate well with even Samsung TVs that don't support SoundShare. This basically means that you have to have a second remote because your television will not control the audio level on the sound bar. I find this extraordinary frustrating especially since I also have a Samsung television that does not integrate with this device. The best advice I can give is to talk to someone at the store before you make a purchase of any auxiliary speaker system.

    Sound seems to go in and out. It isn't always that responsive and often flashes an error message. I don't get the sense of drama our old surround system gave us where it really felt like things were pounding up behind us. (Even though I also purchased the rear speakers.)

    The sound is good, however, I must use three remotes for the tv, sound bar and cable. You would think a Samsung TV and sound bar would use the same remote.

      Please know that the Samsung K360 would be able to be controlled with one remote if:
      a) It is connected to the TV via HDMI ARC or
      b) It is connected wirelessly to the TV via TV SoundConnect

      However, neither of these solutions is possible if you are trying to connect it to TV's that do not have TV SoundConnect or HDMI via ARC.

    Sounds good , will not turn on when I turn the Samsung TV on. Volume and off work not on have to use it's remote to turn it on.

    Sound is great, for just two speakers. It's rich and syncs well with sounds from television. This was second purchase and I'm not happy again. The audio cable does not fit into slot assigned on back of speaker, or in back of tv. Both are Samsung products! I will definitely be returning this one, as I want to be able to turn on my television and the sounds automatically come on as well. This way, you need two remotes to initially turn on each, then you can turn volume up, down and off with the tv remote

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung K360 Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are not completely happy with sound quality. A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel, and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) It is not uncommon that customers instead are placing the bar with the logo facing them (instead of up), which results in the display being face-down and the unit resting on the speakers. This will result in muffled or low quality sound.

      In addition, by default, power ON by the TV is set to off. You have to press the "Bluetooth POWER" button on the remote to turn the feature on. The Bluetooth POWER On function is available after you have successfully connected the Soundbar to a Bluetooth compatible TV using TV SoundConnect. When the Bluetooth POWER On function is ON, turning the connected TV on or off will turn the Soundbar's power on and off as well.

      Lastly, a common reason that the optical cord is not fitting properly is that there is a small cap on the connector end that needs to be removed. Please check for the cap.

    Sound is great but audio delay is annoying

    I bought the sound bar in hopes of improving the hard to understand voices from my tv's rear projection speakers. The sound bar puts out great sound with multiple modes but there is a slight delay in the audio which is annoying to watch. My DIRECTV box does not have the right connection to plug the feed into it. I am in a no win situation on this issue

    Overall the sound through the Samsung soundbar is decent (especially for the price point). In my opinion though, the base could be a little stronger and deeper. The unit was easy to set-up and is light-weight, but the 'user interface' to select your sound levels could use some improvement to make it more user friendly.

    sound good with minimal processing applied, but the processing available (sound schemes, surround, subwoofer levels), tends to muddy the sound a bit. Turning all the extra processing off made decent sound quality, much better than my old plasma tv speakers.

    I read alot of reviews on this sound bar, and saw some really good reviews. I even tested it out at best buy to see how it sound like, but it nothing to the way it is in store. I have tinkered with settings and everything and I would just say it is an OK sound bar for the price.

    The set up its self was simple, but the installation onto the walls was not as desirable as I would have liked. The set up did not align with my wall unit and studs. Not to mention that stencil for the brackets has a marked area for the stud to stud installation.

    Sound is unimpressive compared to others by Samsung. This may perform better in a smaller room. As I stated in another review, I should have asked more questions but store was busy and had to get moving. This set up is going back to Best Buy.

    We saw it on sale while shopping in the store and decided to go for it. We kept it but it's not as loud as we expected. We can turn it all the way up and it's not much louder than our tv turned all the way up.

    This devise works well with devices in close proximity. If you move to far away it will skip with blue tooth devices. Otherwise it is a good product and the speakers sound nice.

    When I bought this I didn't know much about soundbars. If I did, I would have held out (and paid more) for a 3.1 soundbar. With 3.1, there's a separate speaker for dialogue and that's really the failing of this 2.1 model. I've tried different settings but ultimately I have to put subtitles on the screen for me to really hear what people are saying. Mind you, I have a small hearing problem. I'm decently happy with this unit and it'll be worth keeping, but in time I'll be swapping it out with a better model. I'll probably use this unit for my guest room or give it away to a family member with better hearing.
