While hte sound is good and value for money, at times, it loses the blue tooth connectivity to my TV and needs reconnection. that is my only grouse with this model.

Not Loud Enough, only good for Bluetooth

Moreover, there is no HDMI connection, my unit specifically did not work with the Digital Audio input cable whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend it, samsung is great but sometimes cheap isn't the best. Bluetooth works just fine, but thats about it

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-T450 Soundbar and for your review. I am very sorry that you are not happy with the volume of your soundbar. Simply changing the Digital Output Audio Format to PCM can help. You may want to try changing the Digital Output Audio Format to PCM.
This can be found at Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. (It can also be found in the Quick Settings.)
If your Digital Output Audio Format isn't set to PCM, like for instance if you have a Dolby option selected, then you will likely notice decreased maximum volume. Dolby options are designed for surround systems (like 5.1 or 7.1), whereas PCM provides great sound quality for stereo speakers.
If you don't have a surround system, you will probably want to select PCM. You'll get much louder volume that way, and potentially better sound quality.

Not a good deal

It did not come with remote control, 2 power cables, and optical audio cable. But customer service was kind enough to knock off enough money to bring it down to $130 which included one power cable and one audio optical cable that I bought separately. So now I have to buy one more power cable and remote control somewhere else and it will cost me $20-25 extra. Basically, I will be spending the same amount if I bought a brand new one. Not only that, customer service said this soundbar will work with my Sony x800h tv, but I still need to remote control to control volume remotely. I wish customer service told me about this so I wouldn't have to go through this headache.
