A: Cecelia, to utilize the Multi-output audio functionality, you will need to have a Samsung Smart TV that supports this feature; the Samsung 8 Series and above have supported this feature for the last several years. If you connect your HW-T450 Soundbar via Optical and your hearing aids via Bluetooth, you can utilize the Multi-output audio setting to play audio through hearing aids and your soundbar simultaneously. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphones higher than the volume of the TV speaker. To make sure your Samsung TV has this feature, press HOME on your Samsung Smart TV's remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio.
