The voice was very low and I had to crank to just about 75 or so. Everything worked out of the box, but it just wasn't what I was expecting and looking for.

I thought it would be nice to have a sound bar that matched my Q80r TV. I was wrong... This system is junk. The sound from the bar itself is tinny and actually sounds worse than the Samsung TV speaker. The subwoofer barely has any base, even when turned all the way up. The equalizer on the system is trash. All around, I dont recommend buying this. I ended up returning and swapping for another Vizio which has excellent sound quality.
