      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung T450 Soundbar and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the connectivity issues you are experiencing, as well as occasionally not hearing any sound from your soundbar. You may want to check that the cable connection is not loose. Remove the cable and connect again.

      You may also want to initialize your soundbar again by pressing the - + (volume) buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display when the soundbar is initialized.

      Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.

    The instruction book refers to a display on the soundbar but there is none. The remote doesn't work. I waited over 2 weeks for a Geek Squad appt and they told me they'd replace it. Then they said they couldn't but they'd compensate me if I could find a replacement-which I can't. So the only way for me to change the volume is by pushing the nearly-invisible buttons on the soundbar. The instructions say that my Samsung TV controller can be set up to control the soundbar but I haven't been able to make that work either.

      Thank you for purchasing the HW-T450 Soundbar. I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your remote. Please know that the display is on the front of the soundbar. It will illuminate the unit's status in blue from behind the fabric.
