I turned it all the way to 100 and it was just reasonable with the sound. I had originally gotten it for my room to have some rumble when I watch movies and shows in the bed. It didn't work with my old Vizio with the optical. Put it on my Samsung in the living room, weak output. I returned mine and got a higher range Samsung soundbar and sub. You have been warned!!!

I am sorry to hear that your Bluetooth is disconnecting. If your network device is located near your soundbar, you might experience some audio drops while the device is playing. This can also reduce the soundbar's Bluetooth range to less than 2 meters.
If the audio drops when the soundbar is connected via Bluetooth, please check to make sure the following is avoided:
● Avoid placing any metal objects, electronic products and/or devices that may cause network interference near the soundbar.
● Make sure not to place any network devices (i.e. modem/router, access point) near the soundbar. Network devices should be located more than 50 centimetres away from the soundbar.
● Select a different frequency for your access point (AP) device. Most devices are set to 2.4 GHz, if your AP supports 5.0 GHz we recommend to select this. Though 5.0 GHz has a shorter range, this frequency is less affected by interference.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-T450 Soundbar and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sound performance of your unit.
To improve your experience, try using Dynamic Range Control (DRC). DRC lets you apply dynamic range control to Dolby Digital tracks. With DRC turned on, loud sounds will be reduced.
1) Turn off your Soundbar.
2) While the Soundbar is off, press and hold the Sound Mode button on the remote control for 6 seconds until you see “DRC ON” shown on the display.
3) To turn off DRC, repeat steps 1 and 2 above.
You can also try optimizing audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME, or SMART.
