Love Samsung home appliances and this microwave fits right it. Great features, real great price.

We didn't use it, not once. As we started to install it, the technician said he recognized what was wrong with the combo unit I was replacing. It turns out I just had a worn out door switch on my combo, over stove, microwave, convection, broiler unit.. Cost $150 to fix... sooooo.. returned this one, but it looked nice.

Overall good microwave at a very good price! Has plenty of features and presets that have come very useful and convenient. Definitely gets the job done and would recommend for somebody looking for a really good microwave that also on a budget. Looks great also by the way, very sleek and sturdy :) Thank you

This microwave was easy to install and looks great in our kitchen. It has nice features and seems to cook evenly. However, one of the two cooktop light settings did not work, which was a defect. I reached out to Samsung no fewer than 5 times and they were worthless. Mostly non-US based staff spewing out canned info. I created a service request and they left me a message that said because I did not answer the call they were closing my ticket. Finally, I called on a Saturday and reached a US-based service representative who gave me the correct information (which turned out to be just returning the microwave). I contacted best buy on Saturday evening and on Monday afternoon a new unit was at the door. Very impressed with Best Buy's support - very unimpressed with Samsung. Hopefully the microwave performs well because we like it so far.

Looks great, works great! I bought this one over the lower models that Samsung has mostly over looks but the fact that it is easier to clean with the ceramic inside also was a big factor. Glad I spent a couple extra bucks on it for something I plan on having for many years

Microwave works well replaced an almost 2 year old Samsung unit with this one. Easy installation.

Love my Samsung 2.1 Over-the-Range Microwave. I use it a lot in regular cooking and not just popcorn, or bake potatoes. It is great on both but I use it a great deal in food preps. Right size, nice price, excellent brand name.

Love that the buttons are across the bottom. Great for those who are vertically challenged!!!

My wife and bought this with Samsung appliance package that Best Buy had to offer. Definitely plenty of room in the inside to heat or defrost whatever you need! Love the fact that the lightning underneath to light up the range/oven is LED. Definitely a modern feel!
