Never had a better microwave than this. Cooks amazing

Easy to install. Space enough for a large pizza. Controls at a low level for my short wife. Full 10 year warranty on the most critical component, the magnetron. Reliable 'ready' sensor on reheat. Great price at Best Buy.

Very happy with my purchase. I especially love the ease of use and the microwave being able to determine what is needed to properly reheat, using the sensor. Still trying out and testing the many options available with the push buttons.

I really like this microwave. The sensor knows when your food is ready. I love the black stainless. The door is wide since the controls are on the front so be cautious so you don't hit yourself when opening.

Bought this microwave for the reviews that were given. Here is the REAL review. If you use the microwave for more than 2 minutes, you have to wait 5 minutes before you can use it again. It will not cook on full power if you do not wait even though you have it set for power level 10. Did not know this until you read the owners manual ( which is online). You also can not cook in the microwave if you are using the kitchen timer function at the same time. The microwave does not cook even. I tried to reheat potatoes and vegetables on the same plate (which I have done on the old GE microwave many, many times) the vegtables were scorching hot and the potatoes were ice cold!!! I also tried to reheat a slice of pizza, power level 10 for 1 minute, Ice cold. Put in for another minute at same power level luke warm. Would never buy this product again!!!!!

Bought this one after our experience with like model in another home. Easy to use and looks great with our other black appliances that will eventually be replaced with the black stainless steel on this one,

I had no experience with Samsung major appliances, but after reading the positive reviews, I decided to try it. No regrets on this purchase! Works great! Heats foods very efficiently, very easy to use.

The way the microwave is designed does not allow installation with 15" deep cabinets without some modification to move it away from the wall. The door interferes with the cabinets. It required reinstallation to include furring strips to mount it at least one inch from the wall to overcome the problem. This is a design flaw. The item also came with some minor damage.
