Great microwave. Plenty of space with 2.1cu ft. Black stainless steel is amazing. Fan is quiet. Plenty of setting options. Worth every penny.

Very simple and elegant, matches other appliances well. Many settings but the quick and easy ones are right by the door handle. So far we love it!

Microwave heats food very fast. The different settings on the light and fan are wonderful.Only small issue was that it is heavy to install.

I bought this microwave to replace a similar Samsung that died on me. The microwave looks great and I love the black stainless steal but it has two things that just drive me crazy. The first is I noticed that food was not heating up evenly right from the beginning and I noticed it was because the glass tray would stop spinning and would be off center. I would recenter it and it would work fine for a few seconds and then would become of center again. I finally determined it was because plastic rollers that the glass tray sits on is really cheaply made and one of the wheels would turn about 3/4 turn and then get stuck which caused the tray to become disengaged from the center piece that turns. I ended up switching the plastic roller ring out with my old one (which seemed to be made better) and the issue stopped. The second thing that drives me crazy about this microwave is the grease filter tray that slides in on the bottom of the microwave is so flimsy and cheap that when the microwave runs it rattles like crazy and makes the microwave sound awful. I have taken it out and put it back in a million times and can't make the vibrating rattle noise stop. I have finally just removed the tray completely so that it doesn't make the noise. These two horrible design issues make this microwave hard to recommend to others.

Never given any thought to a microwave, or features it did/didn't have...but oh man, am I glad our old microwave died and we were forced to find a new one. First off - the inside space of this thing is HUGE, and comes with a shelf for handling multiple dishes. Second, and most importantly, is that it comes with a feature to soften or melt butter or chocolate. I have wasted so many sticks of butter by microwaving them a SECOND too long and it exploding all over the inside...well no more! It's the little things...

i chose this because i liked the matching stove and sleek design. nice and modern and does what its suppose to do. Really heavy though.

Heats quickly, and does everything it should. This unit mounts over the range, has a nice bright light and reasonably good exhaust fan.

Bought all new black stainless Samsung appliances. This microwave is awesome and east to use.Easy to install in less than 30 minutes.

The installation was very easy. Came with all the templates andbhardware i needed for install. The instructions are very clear. It works great.

We've only used it for about a month but so far we are very pleased. Never thought we'd use the rack but it actually does come in handy for more than one persons use at a time in warming those left overs. Only complaint is the non-lit touch buttons. I use the light function in the early AM as a night light but since the face is not lit it's hard to find by touch in the dark. And that door is enormous, you have to step back from the microwave to fully open the door. Reminds me of the that '73 Lemans my dad had, ah fond memories.

Items is easy to use and offers numerous cooking options. Updating kitchen and black stainless really changes the look of the room..

The microwave was a much needed upgrade and has so far performed extremely well. It is also very easy to use and understand.

Bought this to replace our whirlpool and couldn’t be happier. Has every option that we need and a classic appearance.

I bought this microwave from the store in an unopened box. When the installer guys opened it at my house to install, they noticed there was a big dent on the bottom of the microwave. I returned it and ordered a new one. since they did not have it anymore in the stock, I had to wait 1 week and reschedule the installation (I worked with a different company for installation so scheduling it again was inconvenient for me.). Anyway, bestbuy people was nice enough to do the return with no headache. I got the new microwave delivered to my house. Immediately, I noticed the box was damaged and teared from sides. When we open the microwave, there were small dents on the left side. I kept it anyway since those dents are not visible once installed but it mad me mad. Visually, there is also a small dent in the front door but it is small enough to ignore. Overall, I did not want to return it again since It will make me to deal another 1 week and reschedule the installation guys. It might be okay to buy this microwave, but I will not buy any appliance from bestbuy again. We had similar issues when we buy the dryer from them. It look like they are not able to manage the delivery or stocking part.

We have several different Samsung products and this one appears to be similar to the others. Works as expected and looks good

Great Color...controls easy to use...especially for someone in wheelchair..takes a little ti get used to after using older model
