Love this microwave. Cooks fast and evenly. Lots of space.

We purchased this at the end of 2015. Within 6 months we had an initial failure (smoking). After that repair we fast-forward to 2019 with an unresolved E-83 error. We tried the online recommendation of unplugging/plugging back in, but it just resolved the issue temporarily. Online support from Samsung suggested we submit a ticket online and provided link. We entered our SN and the system did not accept it since it was older than 3 years. Had to phone it anyway. Big waste of time. Now waiting to see how much they will try to stick us for. Might be my last Samsung appliance depending on how this goes. This was a lemon.

Cooks evenly, easy to use and priced just right!!!

Everything is great except with the contols across the bottom and the shading on the glass door makes it impossible for me to see if anything is boiling over. I am 5'4" and even on tip toes can't see the dish until it rotates to the back of the oven.

Beautiful looking but not as solid as other brands I've used. It's clunky and a little loud. It gets the job done and looks very nice with the other Samsung appliances.

The microwave is really nothing to brag about. The microwave matches stove and refrigerator so that's good. The turning table inside easily slides off track and won't turn.

We just installed the microwave yesterday and the turntable is not turning. there appears to be a defect when the tray is inserted. Will call Best Buy or replacement.

I really wanted this to work but unfortunately we have to return it Bc it won't fit above our stove they asked us to remove our tile back splash so we are returning

I had to return this item after only two weeks. The turn table did not turn because the center item supposed to turn it was not coming up enough to turn the table. Light never did work from day one but I did not even know there was supposed to be a light. The last item was the noise coming from the item when running was crazy. I have bought the exact same one for my home that became a rental and it was great, but it was regular stainless steel not the black stainless.

It's a powerhouse with great looks. The blower is kinda loud is the only down side.

The response time between touch and effect lags, I was expecting it to be more responsive like a phone touch screen. Keyboard typing feels very bunched up.

Only complaint is the front is Beginning to rust but I’m not sure why or how because it’s stainless steel, apparently it isn’t.

Samsung microwave tend to have issues. If you buy, get a geek squad plan. It's pretty tho

Honestly I will never buy Samsung appliances again. This malfunctioned within 3 days of install. Had to replace it.

At first I got a display unit for this model from Best Buy. The exhaust power was pathetic, any time I boiled water the steam didn't even attempt to get sucked up through the fan, even at full power. Samsung replaced the unit with a brand new one without much trouble. However the new unit had the same problem. The exhaust fan is just ridiculously under powered.
