We had this unit 18 months and it quit working "SE error". We contacted Samsung and they advised the cost of repair was all on us ($450). No help whatsoever. We have a house full of Samsung appliances and electronics (no more). To make matters worse their repair tech came out to repair and in 5 minutes he told us how much it would cost to repair. He charged $99 for the estimate alone! Beware

We had this installed Aug 2017 by BestBuy in our new kitchen. Just crapped out last week. Appliance plan from Consumers Energy is working on it, but 2 years? Come on! They think it's the magnetron. So we'll be without a MW for a week or so... Nice unit until it stopped working.

The microwave works good. Gave it 3 stars because it is noisy when it is running.

Works great now, no issues at all. The top mounting bolts are not the best quality

I like the microwave. It like it's design but geez it uses a lot of power.

I like it, but I'm not in love with it. It looks great in my kitchen.

Installation: If you are handy, you can install this yourself. I had to reduce the height of the cabinets above the stove to maintain the proper clearance, but the microwave installed fairly easily. Have a friend help you lift it when you fasten it to the wall bracket. Operation: I have been very pleased with the operation of the microwave, to the extent that I've used it. Still fascinated by the fact that they can use special metals for a metal rack without starting an electrical fire from the sparks. I've used it for light cooking, defrosting and re-heating. Instructions: Thank goodness you get paper instructions instead of having to go on-line or scroll through computer screens. HOWEVER, they have bent over backwards to write as little as they could in the way of instructions. The entire manual is 4 pages long, with 1.5 pages devoted to explaining the controls. (There is an additional 2 page sheet on the "sensor" controls. I still have no idea how to use many of the functions and am eager to learn so I can use them. Summary: I like the microwave, it works fine. I hate the instructions. It seems most companies aren't willing to write a good instruction manual these days and many want you to only be able to access them on a computer screen.

The display broke and we had to replace the whole door.

Great for the price and the style looks good in our kitchen.

Installed microwave and the inner ring isn't rotating the plate properly. Called Samsung and they refused to replace the ring without an additional cost to us. Had several phone calls with Samsung customer service and was given the run around with them presenting no viable solutions. Was finally told that we need to take the entire microwave back to the store to get another one; all for one simple part. Horrible experience with Samsung customer service. They refused to make a warrantied product operational without charging us. We outfitted our entire kitchen in Samsung appliances but will never purchase from them again.

Fast but a little noisy. I just use it to warm up food.

The one that was delivered the first time stopped working in two days - made a huge racket (loud buzzing noise) when switched on. Had to return it to the store and got a replacement which has been working fine so far (fingers crossed). I would avoid this model.

Arrived damaged while on vacation. By the time I got back the 15 day limit had lapsed. Bestbuy told me to use Samsung warranty. Samsung said damage isn't covered. At least it heats coffee.

Don't buy online. The unit had a significant dent on the side of the unit and I had no place to take my complaint. The unit seems to work fine but I will not buy anything from Best Buy online.

The reason I put only two stars is the amount of trouble I had with best buy to get the correct product. It took 3 weeks and over 4 hours on the phone with them.

We bought a Samsung microwave off the floor. Broken. It was replaced with a brand new one. Broken in less than 30 days. Because we didn't buy the extended plan with Best Buy, we can't just return it and get a new one. Waiting to see what Samsung will do for us. Won't buy from Best Buy again because they only give you 15 days to deal with them for a broken item. Told my sister about Best Buy's policy. She won't shop with them either. Lost my business.

Purchased this item online together with Samsung appliance set, delivered by UPS fast... Tried to plug the item first before trying to install it and nothing.. Dead on arrival! Inspected the item, saw some dents on the right side and papers that came with it looks like it was returned by other customer. Will try to return in store so we can get a new one. so disappointed... FYI BESTBUY ONLY ALLOWS 14 DAYS TO RETURN THEIR APPLIANCES.

We have had nothing but trouble with this microwave. We had to have tech come out 3 times to repair and they finally replaced the door. It worked for a few years but at year 4 it stopped working again. Alot of money to spend on a product that did not last.
