Like title says, this microwave only last me exactly a year and 4 months and is now giving me the infamous Samsung SE Error. Which needs new display/button panel. Inside tray also never seated properly and always had to sit it back on the track in order for it to spin. Please stay away from this product.

Bought two and both were broken. First one made a loud buzzing noise and the second wouldn't even turn on. I have all Samsung products in my kitchen and have never has a problem until now. When I talked to customer service over the phone about a new one they told me they would not order another one.Very disappointed.

I don't like it, because it does not do the as it look and defrost don't work well

I am returning my 3rd Samsung microwave. Looks nice. Makes a loud buzzing noise. Sounds like a garbage disposal.

Had mine for one year and two weeks. Just enough for the warranty to expire. Now the magnetron is bad. Cost just as much to repair it as it does to replace it.

We bought this item less than 3 weeks ago and we have called for repairs twice already. It has been out of use more time than it has been functional.

Used it first time and screw coming thru back wall of microwave. It's defective and needs to be replaced. Tech coming out nov 28.

I bought the microwave and the installation. But until now they still not install for me. This service was really bad.

This product is locking very nice, it changes the look of your kitchen; not only that it works very well, and gives You the oportunity to coock two different food at the same time. The 4 speed fan is incredible, the lights, sensors, and the diffrent clocking set up on the side when opening the door make this product one of the bests. Nice! In every aspect this product is wonderful.

This microwave is no joke! It packs a punch, so buyer beware. That being said, I want to point out that there are many features and pre-programmed buttons built in to this machine, a lot of which are useful. I would have to say my favorite feature is the Reheat button. Rather than just heating/cooking on HIGH, the reheat is far more convenient for a variety of situations. For example, if something is already at room temp and was not taken out of the fridge, then the reheat option would be best in this case as cooking on HIGH might make it hotter than you'd like. Apart from this, the machine is gorgeous, the interior capacity is generous and blends with all my other Samsung kitchen appliances seamlessly.

It is a microwave and does what a microwave should. It is nothing spectacular. It just works. I got this to replace a 20 year old GE Profile, which also worked for 20 years. The presets and sensor controls almost work, but generally overcooks or undercooks. You are better off following recipe directions. I wish I had bought another GE Profile as it would look better in my kitchen.

I'm very happy with this unit. Looks great and heats up my pizza rolls real quick;). Also very quite.

after 3 months this product no longer worked. I was able to get Samsung to send A@E factory services to repair it. A month later it was actually working again! then I am told the product was out of warranty and that I owed money for the repair......because the serial number said it was out of warranty regardless of the time of purchase. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!!!!!! btw after 5 day and almost 13 hours on the phone, the problem is still not resolved. Even as I type this, I am on the phone again with samsung. the product is still not even 6 months old. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, go with anyone else

I bought it about last spring. The latches broke in Dec. I called for service, Made an appoint, appoint canceled. Made new appoint for 3 days later for AM ( had doc appointment in the PM) They called to come out in the PM. Called Samsung, was told that if did take the appointment , they could not come out for another 14 days. So I sit with a broken microwave not knowing when it will be taken care of. I have other Samsung products in my home, I will not have another one!! This has been the worst services I have had!!! They just do not care!!!!!!!

I love this microwave so much! Samsung really nailed it with this one. It looks amazing, so modern! And it works perfectly!

I would not recommend buying this product. After only a few months, with very minimal use, the microwave completely stopped working. Samsung sent a repairman out and after three hours, he could not figure out the problem. I called Samsung back to request a replacement because I no longer trust the product I have. They refused to replace it because the repairman didn't declare it "non-repairable". I asked them to consider my inconvenience... they said, we follow policy and not a customer's demands. If you choose to buy this product, I would recommend adding the Geek Squad warranty along with it.

This microwave is beautiful and easy to keep clean. It does a great job on cooking evenly as well.

I had to get the door replace after a few months. New door wobbles and still the numbers don't register. You can press all you want and nothing happens. Also, no directions came with this unit. There are lots of settings but no way to figure them out. HUGELY disappointed.
