I bought this microwave with a set just before Christmas and instantly feel in love with it. It is sleek, great new black stainless steel color, quiet and have a great bright led lights. Still need more time to explore all features. Very happy with my new purchase.

Picked this as it was the mid range in the SAmsung lineup and matches out refrigerator and microwave. It was only after installing it that we found out that Samsung has done away with the heated drying cycle on all of their dishwashers. Starting a washing cycle before leaving for work in the morning finds dishes washed but still dripping wet after returning home in the evening. Research further before buying - seems even the $1,200 dishwasher from Samsung has no heated drying - other brands still do. Somewhat disappointed. As Samsungs answer to this is to make certain that you have the jet dry liquid container full as this "promotes drying." I call --! I'm guessing the lack of heated drying is a money saver but hey Samsung - I spent $2,300 on your fridge and $400 on your microwave and now $500 on your dishwasher; maybe I'm the sucker but cheaping out won't earn you my continued business. Promise less, deliver more and stop responding to reviews that are ticked about this with snide excuses. Many other brands with less expensive models still manage to give consumers a proper mode that actually drys the dishes. Looks nice. Is VERY quiet but does not wash any better than 12 year old unit it is replacing and I have to wipe some dishes dry before putting away.

Love this new color! I am building a new house & wanted something new, not just stainless.

This microwave definitely heats quickly and thoroughly but the benefit is truly how beautiful it is.
