However, the techs for Best Buy Total Tech installed it improperly so the door does not open all the way. I called and was told "too bad" as it wasn't their fault....

The door sticks out further than other microwaves, but is easy to get accustomed to. I like the 4 speed fan for outside exhaust.

Fans are quieter than the Kitchen Aid we had. Would like a couple more sensor reheat options, other than that we think its well worth the price. Best Buy had great customer service, would buy from therm.

My son's microwave broke down, so finding an immediate replacement which fit in the cabinet space was paramount. We shopped 3 stores- Best Buy had the best selection- customer service was knowledgable and exemplary. The price was right. Installing was super easy. Best Buy comes through every time.

It was a nice price. Operates as expected. The door handle had an issue after install which was addressed promptly by the team. Very happy with this purchase.

Since I'm short, I like that the touch buttons are on the bottom of the unit. There is a lot of extra space in this one and it includes a wire rack. It is quiet and works well.
