We are a Samsung family and are so very pleased with this microwave. Lots of room inside the microwave. Easy to clean and so easy to use. Once again, we are extremely happy with this Samsung purchase.

Great microwave and easy to install. I really like the features and the enamel coating on the inside of the oven. The only improvement I would like would be to brighten up the inside while it’s running. Above the stove with a dark screen makes it difficult to check on food.

We replaced an old microwave with this one and so far have been very happy with it. We needed a microwave that had a strong enough exhaust fan to pull cooking grease, smoke, etc. from our new stove and this is doing an excellent job. It required professional installation since our previous microwave was not vented to the outside. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that you can't set a timer while the mircowave is in use (and vice versa). I think that's a silly feature to not include since every microwave I've had in the past 25 years has been able to do that!

It works great and i love the bittoms on the bottom for a clean look and allows my childern the ability to ise the microwave easier.

worked good for 2.5 years, threw a code that would be over half of the price of the unit to even get diagnosed.

The extra features on this microwave are awesome. Heats up food fast and the presets actually work.

Replaced a poor quality and control designed unit. This one is easy to clean inside and out. The controls are easier to use since lower part of unit. Oldest child likes to use to fix breakfast for sisters and does lunch often. It really does a good and quick to cook or warm food.

This is a big microwave, great for family use. The sensor cooking seems to be working well. I have read other reviews for microwaves that claims sensor cooking doesn’t work.

great microwave only problem I have with it is the suction fan isn't very strong and I have to leave the door open when I'm cooking to get it to work decent

Best microwave I have ever used. The sensor cooking and reheating actually works. All other microwaves I have used always leaves food mushy and/or has hot-cold spots. This unit cooks like a dream.

Amazing microwave. I still haven't tried all the functions, but I'll get there. I love the sensor option, My food is thoroughly heated up.

This Samsung microwave is perfect for our needs. It is simple to use and fit in our existing space above the stove very well without any adjustments.

Overall, I'm happy with this microwave. However, there's something missing! When you are using this microwave (e.g., cook, defrost), you cannot use the kitchen timer at the same time! Even my old cheap LG microwave had this function. I almost thought about returning the microwave. That much I was disappointed!

This is a tried and true model from Samsung that keeps getting updates with minimal changes to the underlying design. The fitment was perfect and spot on with the specs, very easy to install. Convertible vent is nice as well so you don't have to worry about your configuration. I have a Samsung black stainless fridge and dishwasher from earlier years and the finish still matches them very well and fits in nicely. I love how quiet the operation is and it heats up food 100 times better than my old microwave. The sensing technology does an even heat and food doesn't taste like it was just microwaved. I've 100% satisfied with this purchase! The only complaint is that the interior light could be brighter, but, it doesn't affect the 5 stars due to hitting all the right notes otherwise.
