This is a tried and true model from Samsung that keeps getting updates with minimal changes to the underlying design. The fitment was perfect and spot on with the specs, very easy to install. Convertible vent is nice as well so you don't have to worry about your configuration. I have a Samsung black stainless fridge and dishwasher from earlier years and the finish still matches them very well and fits in nicely. I love how quiet the operation is and it heats up food 100 times better than my old microwave. The sensing technology does an even heat and food doesn't taste like it was just microwaved. I've 100% satisfied with this purchase! The only complaint is that the interior light could be brighter, but, it doesn't affect the 5 stars due to hitting all the right notes otherwise.

6 months in absolutely no issues The door is a little longer because the control panel opens with the door. Took a little getting used to

Great service from guy in appliance depot to manager at south hills was awesome. Product is super. Would buy anything from Pgh south hills village store. Will never do online and delivery again.

When the door is open we need to be extremely careful when closing the door. I've hit my head with the door twice. The crew that holds the top of the door handle did not hold and I've had to reattach the handle twice. The tech who was scheduled to fix the problem claims he does not have screws for this application.

It’s a microwave it works great and has plenty of room for large food items. It also has lots of extra features like butter softening. This is great for me when I forget to set out my butter for baking.

The unit replaces a builder grade microwave from 2003 and surpasses all expectations except instant timed in’s with buttons 1 thru 6. High powered and highly functional with easy installation (by two persons due to bulk weight).

This is both a stylish and feature rich microwave. Installation was easy and the operation of the unit is pretty straightforward. Looks great and I really love the ceramic/enamel interior which is so easy to clean.

so far so good. It's the right size and I like the display at the bottom. So much easier to read. I've never had a problem with Samsung products.

We replaced our silver stainless steel microwave for this black stainless that is fingerprint resistant and are very happy with it! Button along the bottom are much easier to use, color is great, and it stays clearer much longer!

Great Microwave. So many features and pre-set options. Pops popcorn perfectly, bakes potatoes really well and cooking times are true to packaging times. Great replacement for my garbage LG.

This microwave is amazing. Amazing. Cooks everything perfectly. No need to heat, mix food, heat again. It heats everything perfectly with a sensor. Love it. Highly recommend.

A pain in the butt to mount without a helper but great size and very powerful. Great microwave

This is the best Microwave I’ve ever owned , it has more features that make it the best . But the only thing I can say that was less than good experience that I had was the Geek Squad member that brought the microwave and installed it had at best a very poor attitude I’m disabled and he asked me where I wanted the old you can set it in front of garage he said No you didn’t pay the $25.00 for me to do that and then I asked him if I could use his 2 wheeler he said absolutely not so I’d the best I could to get it to the garage you can bet your last dollar they got the last of mine . That’s not all they screwed up my entire order on washer/ dry I just finally told the to refund my money and I went to Lowe’s which I really didn’t want to do .
