I Love my Samsung microwave. Fits perfect in my over the range. (Had a little doubt it was going to be too big). And I received it a lot sooner then several other stores. Thanks Best Buy

Very nice looking fan is a bit load.. size is excellent. only had for a couple of months so far so good.

I bought this microwave in February of 2024. Since then it has gone through two magnetrons. The microwave is a good microwave when it's not broken. Having to replace the magnetron twice in a year and a half has me putting this at one star. It's a big deal if your microwave keeps not working.

This was one a few microwaves with the new handle and since I wanted it to match my kitchen it was almost my only pick. The microwave looks really nice and seems too work fine. I give it a thumbs up!

Looks great but didn’t work when we tried using it for the first time. Hopefully the repair guy will be able fix it this week, last week he needed to order a part for it. Thankfully we aren’t living in the house just yet and can do without a microwave but major disappointment after spending so much money on appliances and have it not work.

This is my second Samsung OTR microwave. After 8+ years of solid service, the display in the old one started to get progressively dimmer and harder to see - but it was otherwise still functioning well. Repairing it with a new display board, was unfortunately going to be more expensive than replacing it. These work well, and the sensor function is nice. There is no physical sensor probe, like the old types used to measure internal temperature.

Everyone wonders how the rack is able to be microwaved, but it does and I end up using it so much. It cleans super easy too. Just be aware the door is really big.

This is a very good microwave. It looks great and it is very easy to use. I had it installed by Best Buy and the gentleman that installed it was very good and knowledgeable.

This microwave was purchased for my elderly mother and she loves it the buttons are easy to follow which makes it easy for her to use living alone

Love the new designs of this microwave. It is bigger than i expected but it fits perfect and I like the buttons on the bottom instead of the side.

This Microwave is the best and even though it is larger than we thought, it is quick, heats evenly and can hold more than two plates

It’s bigger, has a quieter fan and brighter light than my previous microwave, and it’s kind of unique looking with the controls along the bottom. I like it, and hope it lasts.

Garbage! We’ve had this microwave for just over a year and we have needed the door replaced twice. The heat from the stove below does something to the electronics in the door. Apparently it’s a common issue, but it’s been a pain to get any resolution. You have to jump through so many hoops to get ahold of anyone who will take responsibility for the repair. Such a pain!
