We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I also understand you want to know if the plastic/cardboard pieces inside the cooking area need to be removed or left alone. After a fair amount of research and looking at the store models this one fit the bill. It has auto program buttons that work well, as long as you know what the button really does (read the directions). I like the control pad at the bottom, since I am shorter.

Only paid 251 for this, BestBuy had a holiday special, plus Samsung had buy 3 and get money off, buy 4 get more money off. Looks great, plenty of power, and if you vent your unit to the outside, it pushes plenty of air, there are 4 power levels for airflow. Happy with this unit, would buy another Samsung again.
