This microwave has the enamel finish on the inside and I like the fact that it’s controls are on the bottom of the door to make the inside Bigger is a great design .

Looked like someone threw it on the ground corners were damaged but the box wasn’t in bad shape. Check your microwave, open the box!

Only complaint was I purchased this as an open box. I didn't know that Open box meant used. Yes, This item was used. I know this because there was used cooking splatter on the inside.

DO NOT USE SHIP TO STORE...SELLING OPEN BOX AS NEW

I received a dented stainless steel and serial number in the microwave did not match the serial number on the box. I received what I would have to guess is an open box unit that was not checked and it was passed off as new. So I was overcharged $80-100 and on top of that, I am being told I have to return to the store to get a resolution because I opted for ship to store instead of shipping. Best Buy is selling open box items as new and then making it very difficult to speak to anyone in authority to get a resolution. I have spent 2 hours trying to call the store only to have the call forwarded to their "national phone service" to which they cannot help because it was ship to store.
