    I love this microwave! My last one was so old and finally gave out on us. This one was the one that insurance suggested for a replacement. The second shelf is a lifesaver when I need to fix two plates for my kids.

    It's been a good microwave. The only weird thing is some of the settings. Soften butter melts the butter and vice-versa. Other than that, we haven't had any complaints. It does everything we need it to.
