I heated stew and it was heated to perfection. My old GE would not heat it enough and when I put it back for 30 seconds it would burn it. Also defrosted perfectly.

If you can read you can put this microwave in. The templates in the box make it easy just follow the directions. Make sure you read everything first. The hardest part is lifting the microwave to put it on the hook bar at the back of the microwave.

Samsung Issues

If course it was 1 month out of the extended warranty. Also bought Samsung refrigerator and the ice maker went out also. Samsung is not what it used to be.

Had some trouble understanding the directions but once that was sorted out no real problem operating it. Real test is reliability over long term/

It immediately draws attention and fits beautifully in with our other appliances. It functions superbly. Overall a great product with all the bells and whistles. The control buttons underneath and across the bottom is perhaps my favorite one.
