A little confusing sometimes with so many options. But it cooks great. 2 racks to cook on but if u put more than one thing in to cook it takes longer. The door is really loud when u close it.

The microwave has an extra shelf, so you can cook two things at once. We Love all the extra buttons and cleaning is a breeze. Very happy with this purchase

When I plugged it in after installation it did not work. Best Buy told me I could not return it because of the purchase place so I had to call Samsung to fix it. It took Samsung 2 weeks and 2 separate trips to finally get it operable. I am not a happy customer with the outlet store and doubt I will ever use it again.
