Give more stylish look. You got to be careful when you open the door. It’s bigger than the regular microwave.

Bought a complete kitchen package and 2 stoves and 4 microwaves later they are still not 100% perfect. Dealing with BB and Samsung has been a lesson of frustration, hours of time and exhaustion.

Samsung is replacing with no problem. It has many cooking options which we love. Has a lot of presets for certain foods which makes life easier. Only dislike is you cannot see the food while cooking, either because of the black window or the dimness of the bulb

So the installation was great. However, with this model, different from the model that was 10 years old, YOU CANNOT RUN THE KITCHEN TIMER AND THE MICROWAVE AT THE SAME TIME! Are you kidding me? I would not buy this product base on that "feature" alone. So frustrating for something so simple not to be part of the microwave's functionality. Really disappointed in Samsung and probably will not look at any of their products in the future.
