The first one broke within the first year of purchase, however when it did work, it was phenomenal!! It was the process for repair and exchange which was terrible,both on best buys and Samsung part.. i would be leary purchasing from either businesses.. just my 2 cents

Stopped working 2 weeks after warranty expired.

Today, March 27, 2025 it stopped working/heating up just as it surpassed the 1 year warranty. I also did notice that even the high powered setting I had to cook my food for a significant amount of time compared to my old one - which was a big clunky one from the original owners of my home.
