Love this microwave, it is huge. Keep in mind the door is the entire front of the microwave so it is larger than some models.

Our old microwave stopped working so we bought this model - big improvement! We are very happy with the microwave's features. Our salesman was good in exploring our options, and the installation we paid for was efficient.

I have owned this microwave since December. While I like everything about it I can't stand the door. Positives: It cooks food well and quickly. I can cook a one pound potato in 5 minutes. It has multiple light and fan settings. Cons: You can't have a timer going and cook food at the same time. The door. It squeaks and creaks like a holloween movie prop. It about drives us batty. It will not stay open it slowly closes and creaks as it does so. Even when we push is closed it squeaks. Best buy installed it so I know it can't be that. The door window is very dark so you can't see what you are cooking. I was convinced one night that the bulb was blown before my son said nope it's on and showed me the angle you can see it.

This is an awesome Microwave. Every feature I used works as advertised. The different cook modes have different settings with a guide inside the door to what each setting is for. An example is Soften/Melt has 4 settings F1) Melt Butter, F2) Melt Chocolate, F3) Soften Butter, F4) Soften Cream Cheese. Hit the Soften/Melt button twice and it displays F2. Look inside the door under Soften/Melt and it tells you F2 is Melt Chocolate, Super easy! Love it!

Easy to use with a lot of simple to use buttons. One LED light underneath gives plenty of light for a night light with two settings. Seemed easy to change the fan around for which ever way you intend to use the exhaust fan. Very happy with it. The last Samsung lasted over 15 years. Hope this one does the same. Very nice edition to the rest of our Samsung appliances.

YOU ARE WARNED!! This Samsung over the range microwave has given me 2 SE error codes in 2 months, and the product is less than 2 years old (mfg in Oct 2021). The SE error code makes the appliance totally inoperable. Samsung clearly has a design or manufacturing issue and now they want me to pay for this 2nd repair. I will throw it out and buy a new (not Samsung) microwave. Will be less expensive and more reliable.

Not extremely happy that I needed to replace my Samsung microwave that was purchased in 2013 and questioned myself if I really wanted to stick with Samsung brand if they only last 6 years. Time will tell and I truly hope I get more life out of this one or I will definitely be buying a different brand the next time. What I don't like is you need to open the door to read the "cooking guide" my old one had all that on the panel of the door and you just toggled through buttons to find what you needed instead of open the door finding item you are cooking then closing the door and selecting that option... annoying? Also, in the microwave are two "cheap-looking" cardboard plates (magnetron covers), and that is what I think every time I open the door...how cheap-looking they are. Please re-think that design.

Great value for this microwave with all of its features and extra large inner space with the same footprint.

Feature-packed microwave with all of the bells and whistles. The size is great, and it matches my other appliances.

Reasonable for the price and looks great in our kitchen with the other stainless steel appliances. Worth the money

Replaced an earlier Samsung version of this design and size. Primarily to match the other appliances and to allow for the easiest installation. We were able to utilize the existing wall bracket and hole locations were the same for the upper attachment to the cabinetry.

The best decision we made. Live the extra space for cooking

After one year and 6 months the microwave is not working. It is showing an error code -SE-. I have the bestbuy $179 a year extended service coverage but in still being charged $50 service fee to ship it off to be looked at. What a scam! They told me when i got the $179 a year coverage that it would cover parts and labor. They failed to say it would have an extra fee for services.

I purchased this microwave last month and so far so good looks nice has nice features and great size

We are enjoying our new microwave. Our last one was over 18 years old so we are trilled with the new polished look and all the functions. The installers were got it set up in no time and it has given our kitchen an updated look. It warms up food fast and evenly. It defrost food amazingly fast and evenly as well. Easy to clean too. We haven’t used the second shelf level yet but it’s good to have that option if needed. Overall we are very happy.
