Bad Experience with Bestbuy Online

I bought this unit last year when it offered 2-year manufacture warranty as a part of promotion from bestbuy website. However, I called samsung and was told I only have standard one-year warranty. I contacted the bestbuy customer service and inquired about it, and the agent was not helpful and didn't even try to help or to answer my question, she just hang up on me when she didn't know the answer.

Waste of time

I had to return it as I was unable to find the correct one. It was a hassle when it could’ve been avoided if I was informed no power cord came with it. It originally comes with it from manufacturer and when I contacted Best Buy they said it didn’t, I contacted Samsung and they said because it was open box they couldn’t help. It’s stated in item specifications the washer comes with the power cord.

Waah machine walk

I retrofitted a closet in my house so i woulnt have to go to the basement to do laundry. I was excited to find the Samsung stackable washer and dryer unit. The size would fit my closet perfectly. When they arrived i was not happy to have to order the actual stacker pieces. That put off installation a week. The next problem i had was even more serious. On my 2 load of wash, the spin cycle on the wash machine was so violent, that the whole unit "walked " out of the closet about 12-18 inches. I had to stop the wash cycle. I have photos. For this reason i am returning the unit. Ive never owned a wash machine that moved that much while doing laundry.

Washer tried to escape!

It vibrates and walks. I don't mean a little - I mean it really walks. I tried anti-vibration pads and it helped, but when it spins, it really moves. The washer was level.

The delivery and installation was a nightmare. Poor communication, poor service from Best Buy and their 3rd party contract company. Eventually it was straightened out after several calls, escalated conversations involving rude employees.

Will wash a set of queen size sheets or blanket. Much quieter than our last set. The features are very reasonable. Easy to understand and use. Most people use two or three settings, Any washer that needs a book to explain how to use it is ridiculous.

After suffering for years with my previous extremely noisy compact washer, our home is once more a peaceful place. Where I used to put off washing, and even go as far as to go to the laundry mat, I am now calm and relaxed, doing a load whenever I need to! Our condo neighbors thank you, as well, as that old washer was not only loud, but it also vibrated so strongly, things in their kitchen would rattle!

I found out the door didn't unlock because the load didn't completely drain of water. Why? You have to have the water hose dispensing the below the machine, or it won't completely drain. Sorry, but that's a dealbreaker, since I only have a sink to drain into. This is insane. Is your machine so weak it can't pump any water upwards? Obviously, this is intended to be stacked with a dryer, but dryers aren't allowed in my apartment. So, this is a complete fail.

Delivery was postponed, when delivered, they were in a hurry, cut the dryer vent on the stackable dryer to install the washer. Although all they had to do is open the clamp, did not install the back footing to balance washer and dryer, now we are on our third postponment. Last time they just did not even call and we waited all day. Then they just said it was cancelled, not not by us. Very poor customer satisfaction. Next time Lowe’s
