    Broke and leaked destroyed my house. Leaked so bad it went through the wall to the outside of the house Support is worthless

    Amateur Hour at Best Buy Signal Hill

    I recently purchased this Samsung washer/dryer combo from the Best Buy in Signal Hill, and what a fail all around. There are other items you'll need to purchase in addition to the washer and dryer and the salesperson helping me was confident I had everything I needed. Unfortunately she was wrong. When the delivery guys arrived, they informed me that I was missing the stacking kit. The sales person failed to add that to my list. The delivery guys didn't have a stacking kit, so I had to call Best Buy, explain what happened, and wait days for the stacking kit and another installation team to arrive (which required me to rescheduled my personal and work life twice). Amateur hour. Best Buy - train your appliance team, or just stop selling appliances altogether. Or better indicate on your website what will be needed in addition to the washer and dryer (plug set for the dryer, stacking kit etc...)

    Stay clear of this washing machine do not purchase! The spin cycle does not work properly. The machine shakes and wobbles all over completely out of balance all the time it doesn’t matter whether you have one item in or 10. I live on the second floor and I now can’t even do laundry when my neighbors are home it is literally loosening the nails in their ceiling sheet rock! And Samsung customer service is awful. I have been trying to get someone to come out for a month to look at this machine. Two failed attempts two missed days of work and still nowhere. After buying this product and paying extra for the extended warranty, I am completely dissatisfied and will never buy another Samsung product again.

    Bad Experience with Bestbuy Online

    Bestbuy online customer service is the worst, and be careful to make the online order! I bought this unit last year when it offered 2-year manufacture warranty as a part of promotion from bestbuy website. However, I called samsung and was told I only have standard one-year warranty. I contacted the bestbuy customer service and inquired about it, and the agent was not helpful and didn't even try to help or to answer my question, she just hang up on me when she didn't know the answer.

    Waste of time

    I was disappointed I bought the open box item but was not informed the power cord was missing. I had to return it as I was unable to find the correct one. It was a hassle when it could’ve been avoided if I was informed no power cord came with it. It originally comes with it from manufacturer and when I contacted Best Buy they said it didn’t, I contacted Samsung and they said because it was open box they couldn’t help. It’s stated in item specifications the washer comes with the power cord.

    Waah machine walk

    I broke my foot in October. I retrofitted a closet in my house so i woulnt have to go to the basement to do laundry. I was excited to find the Samsung stackable washer and dryer unit. The size would fit my closet perfectly. When they arrived i was not happy to have to order the actual stacker pieces. That put off installation a week. The next problem i had was even more serious. On my 2 load of wash, the spin cycle on the wash machine was so violent, that the whole unit "walked " out of the closet about 12-18 inches. I had to stop the wash cycle. I have photos. For this reason i am returning the unit. Ive never owned a wash machine that moved that much while doing laundry.

    Washer tried to escape!

    I like the dimensions for our small space but I had the same problem that many other had. It vibrates and walks. I don't mean a little - I mean it really walks. I tried anti-vibration pads and it helped, but when it spins, it really moves. The washer was level.

    The product itself seems ok. The delivery and installation was a nightmare. Poor communication, poor service from Best Buy and their 3rd party contract company. Eventually it was straightened out after several calls, escalated conversations involving rude employees.

    Very poor customer satisfaction

    Product was great service was terrible. Delivery was postponed, when delivered, they were in a hurry, cut the dryer vent on the stackable dryer to install the washer. Although all they had to do is open the clamp, did not install the back footing to balance washer and dryer, now we are on our third postponment. Last time they just did not even call and we waited all day. Then they just said it was cancelled, not not by us. Very poor customer satisfaction. Next time Lowe’s
