We bought this open-box and have had no issues. It's got solid hardware and provides my wife, who's going to college for computer programming, all the tools she needs to code!

WIth the specs this has you would expect it to fly, and it does! No disappointments there. Not a "top of mind" brand but just as nice to use as my similar HP Envy x360. Buy with confidence!

I love this machine. The keyboard is very comfortable and it has everything I need. Speed is good, sound is good, display is great. I am very happy so far. It appears to be well built.

I don't use this computer for work but it would have no problem doing work. Love that I can use it as a computer and a tablet. Does so much more than I'll ever need.

I have had 3 laptops over the past 10 years and this one is the best! Not to heavy, great picture and I really like the back lit keyboard!!

This is my 4th new laptop since June 2, 2017. First one, an HP, hard drive was bad. Second HP, speakers were bad. Third Dell, again hard drive bad. This Samsung, had to have everything completely reinstalled as it kept restarting and had to be reset. Seems to work OK but I'm afraid to use it should it decide to stop working.

The video card makes all the difference in using programs from Adobe and other higher powered graphics programs. It's like night and day.

Best buy dilivered the product on time. The laptop itself work very wel.l Intel Core i7 with 12GB Ram makes this laptop run like butter and meets all my computing needs.

The laptop is very sleek looking, glossy shiny and very attractive. It works well, have no problems using it. It is comfortable and easy to transport.

This was one of four pc's I had narrowed my search to. Being able to physically see and use the PC at Best Buy made my decision easy. Would buy another if the need arose.

I am not a techie so learning new things is difficult. I don't like that it makes me use "apps" I am not familiar with. Overall it is nice.

Got a MacBook for my son 6 years ago when he graduated high school. Was time for a new one. He says 5 stars all the way. He's a computer geek, so it must be good.

overall good, but seems a little slow after first set of updates...still reviewing but I think it will work fine for all we need.

Preforms well, but I have noticed the outside of the laptop scratches easily (or the silver shows scratches more than black).
