    This device is for my daughter and she reported that it frequently reboots in mid-use. I only experienced it once - although I haven't heard of it happening again after the firmware and drivers were updated.

    Have had several problems so far, but Geek Squad has fixed them. Once I didn't have a computer overnight and the next time was about 6 hours of downtime. Hoping it's okay now...we'll see...

    This laptop as is, is mediocre. I noticed it was lagging severely after only a couple of months. Swapped out the HD for a new mushkin 2TB SSD and now it’s lightning fast.
