I bought a open box laptop last week and today I received it. I thought it was a really good deal because even if this product is open box, the price was really good. Furthermore, I was really trust about the bestbuy. They said that it is a excellent quality and I chat with experts and they also said that it's a excellent quality there is no scratches. HOWEVER, today I received and turn it on....you know what there is a huge problem on the touch screen!!!!!!!!!! The left side of screen, the clicking continues even if I didn't touch anything. This laptop has a huge flaw then you guys say it's a great or excellent product????????????????You guys didn't turn on the product before selling it?????????? ( I have a video If you are not trust me, I can show you the video)

The speed of the computer is not as fast as I was lead to believe it would be.

I bought this laptop hoping to be a replacement for a previously broken laptop. This laptop would not turn on even after I charged it for several hours. I had to go to the store to get it force turned on. Once it was force turned on, it entered setup mode. As it was setting up, it crashed and I got the annoying blue screen. When I turned the computer back on, it restarted startup mode and each time it would crash and I would get the blue screen again. After about the fourth time, I turned it on and it said "preparing your computer" or something like that. I left it alone and went to bed and when I got up it was still "preparing your laptop." Anytime the laptop was forced shut down, it would power back on right back to "preparing your laptop. I've heard pretty bad things about Samsung laptops in the past and now I believe the rumors.

Very nice not as fast as I thought as I surf the web . I don't game

an absolute lemon. slow to boot or load anything. worst laptop I ever used

I was in love with it at first, but now on my 3rd crash in less than 60 days, so I'm not currently very happy. I will bring it on tomorrow for Geek Squad repair.

I bought this brand new and I came home open it up started it is set everything up right then sinc then every Time I turn it on it runs extremely slow and I can’t open more than one window without my computer freezing I paid way too much money for a new computer to not run fast

On paper it's what you want but after several update attempts, it was not responding. Maybe it was Microsoft but we move to another comparable product.

I had 2 Samsung units prior to this, and I bought this baby based on it's reviews and the general reliability I'd experienced previous. This one stuck, keyboard was unresponsive, constant hang ups, etc...could have been a lemon, but the clerk at Best Buy said "OH, another return on one of these computers again today." Avoid.

Based on the specs and my first few uses, this is a great laptop. However, after using it for a few days, my left wrist started to hurt as it would straddle the corner of the computer when typing. Unfortunately, due to having a full keyboard with numeric keypad, the keyboard is close to the edges, making it difficult to find a comfortable position to type in. Sadly, I had to return the laptop.

I purchased this laptop for better processing for my music. I really love Samsung phones so I figured why not this laptop. It ran smooth at first ten minutes, then got laggy. I ran windows updates but kept getting error and it would crash and reboot constantly, after trying all night I gave up, ran recovery and returned. Samsung stick to tvs and phones.

Right out of box, was bogged down, slow, and blue screened twice. Reteurned and got a superior Dell XPS

Just got this several hours ago and already planning to return it. Ridiculously slow and after several hours of trying to let it do the out of the box updates still unsuccessful. Too much money for these issues right out of the box.

I have a ten year old MacBook that is 100 times faster than this hunk of junk. Not impressed. I figured give a windows machine a try after all this time has past thinking they would have made it better. Very disappointing.

Had the PC for 14 days and it kept crashing. Kept getting a blue screen of not able to update and never allowed me to get on the internet.

I spilled just a little water and the whole computer went. It was also running very slow at the end. Not the best PC I purchased

I have 3 of Samsung laptops. This was my first with the keypad & it did not work so I returned it.

Getting this laptop/tablet was the best thing i did..fast and reliable and great graphics...

It has a malfunction. I am going to return it for an exchange.

This computer let me down ...took forever to turn on and very slow i dont recommend
