The service provided by Best Buy staff and management was even worse.

So I bought this laptop about 6 months ago and fell instantly in love. It had all of the features I was looking for which included being a 2-in-1, having great picture quality, and worked fast. I am not a techy kind of person so I did numerous searches on which computer to buy and even had the assistance of my brother who is a tech expert. I went into the store with a different laptop in mind, but left with this one, because it seemed to meet greater standards that my previous one. However, I only did minimal searches on reviews because I had my heart set on buying this once I played with it for a little bit in store. **My Reason for Only Giving It Three Stars** This computer worked smoothly at first; however, within a month I started to notice complications. I hadn't dropped it or spilt anything on it, so I know it had to have been an issue with the manufacturing. The screen goes a dark blue color randomly, and I have to continuously restart my computer. Not only that, but the mouse disappears constantly. I have followed tutorials and faq sheets on how to fix these issues, but for the price I paid, I shouldn't be experiencing these problems for at least a year or two. The picture quality and speed are great, and it wasn't too outrageously expensive for a laptop, which is why I gave three stars. Otherwise, I would recommend people not buy this laptop. The screen switches between tablet mode and laptop mode without permission sometimes, and the fans are at an awkward angle, so using a laptop fan desk doesn't keep it from over heating. If you play any type of game it will likely overheat quickly (this includes Sims and Roller coaster Tycoon). The battery life no longer stays at the original hours listed. I get at least 1 full hour, maybe an hour and a half when fully charged. I REPEAT, I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS LAPTOP FOR 6 MONTHS. My last laptop was only $400 and lasted five years even with being dropped and whatnot. This is ridiculous.

I got this laptop for 600 which I think was an excellent value considering the specs and features. 12gb ram and dedicated video card helps for those editing activities while also being able to have multiple browsers and tabs open. I've read some complaints about the weight and thickness being a problem, which may be understandable if you're coming from thin light tablets, but it's still decent considering all the ports you're getting. This is more suited for those that may need some of these ports, a two in one, while also not being too ugly and bulky.

I've been looking for a slim profile 2 in 1 that had a decent processor, graphics card and SSD. This one doesn't come with the SSD standard, but has the expansion room for a second drive and I got it for under 600$. Beware that the included HDD is slow so the initial start up is going to take some time, but once it is on, it is plenty fast and will be perfect once I get the SSD installed. (Note the case is near impossible to open so I am having to take it to Best Buy to get it installed.) The screen is great, but isn't super bright outside. The back-lit keyboard is nice and responsive. The trackpad is probably the best I've had in a laptop and has a nice little silver border. Has an aluminum body and is quite sturdy. It is a bit large for the tablet mode, but is great for reading e textbooks for class. If you are looking for a slim yet powerful computer this is the one, but I would wait for a sale.

Originally bought an open box one because the price was so much better, but the touch screen didn't work, so I returned it and bought a new one. Great keyboard, beautiful screen, fast, fast, fast and lightweight. Does what it promises and then some! What a difference a computer makes!

After having this laptop for a few weeks, I can honestly say that this Samsung laptop is a great laptop, great value (was on sale) and has superb performance. If you are looking for an excellent laptop at a reasonable price, with Samsung quality display, this is the laptop for you!

This laptop has been buggy and slow. Not sure I’d buy another laptop from this brand.

There is noting about his laptop that I don't like. It exudes quality in every aspect. If I could recommend an improvement it would be to include a SSD instead of a mechanical HDD as this is a 2 in 1 so you are encouraged to use it like a tablet.

This laptop can handle most anything and is a great price. It looks like it supports a pen and Best Buy shows it as an accessory option but IT DOES NOT SUPPORT a pen!

This is the absolute worst computer I have ever used. It consistently takes me 1 hour+ to boot this product. Adding laptops to the list of Samsung products to never buy again.

I bought this because of the specs and the price point. Sadly, it is not worth it. With the stock HDD this laptop is painfully slow, even with the 12gb DDR4 and a graphics card. So I decided to purchase an M.2 SSD...For the life of me I could not figure out how to get this to boot from the M.2. With Samsung's lack of instructions, they made this a very frustrating and painful waste of time. I tried calling support, but they didn't even know what an M.2 was, no matter how to install it. The battery life is the worst I've seen on any laptop. A full charge lasts about 1hr 30 - 2hrs, and that's on 50% brightness and just reading news on the web. There are some good things about this laptop though, the screen looks nice, and wifi is pretty fast, that's about it. Returning and getting a Mac, so done with win10.

First off I was told and sold the Bambo Pen to use with this computer after days of it not working I went to Best Buy to get their help. After working with it for 30 minutes was told it is not compatible with this computer. The next day the computer wouldn't load anything. Took over 30 minutes to delete the connection with the Bambo pen. Would not even attempt to load the Office 365 program. Made the 45 minute trip back to Best Buy to be told that is why this computer is no longer made.

I just received it yesterday and it has been a headache ever since. Ghost touching is the main issue. All of the sudden it starts acting crazy as if someone else is touching the screen, and it won't respond to commands. Not worth the effort, let alone the money. I will take it back to the store, they will most likely sell it to someone else.
