Major design flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own this refrigerator and have to defrost the refrigerator every 2 weeks to prevent the back panel from freezing into solid ice. I have already repaired it once and now being asked to pay for another repair one year later. Samsung needs to stand by their products.

Front Legs/Rollers Out of Spec
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will not "roll" on the rollers. Even with the leveling legs fully retracted the front rollers DO NOT touch the floor. How am I to move this in and out without damage to my floor? It's supposed to move on the rollers and then be secured once in place by lowering the front legs. This thing was obviously put together wrong. Will be calling Samsung tomorrow morning. Mfg date is July 2018,

Lemon?

The official Samsung repair service, NISI, is HORRIBLE. They finally told me that they could repair the issue but it would happen again in 6 months. Now I have to buy a new refrigerator and it definitely WONT be a Samsung.

Don’t buy this unit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible unit! I have had service 5 times for the same problem. The technicians that came for service were great. Working with Samsung was so frustrating. I will never buy Samsung again!
