    Brand new unit and the ice will do crushed, it will not switch back to cubes. There also isn't a light by the water/ice. Other than that, we like it and are happy with the space inside.

    Product is good, as advertised. The water/ice dispenser could be a bit confusing, especially toggling between the two options. Installation service needs improvement: 1. 1st delivery- fridge with big dents and scratches on the door 2. Promptly arranged for a replacement. Second one also had a dent and scratches.They anyway installed it and asked us to request for a replacement. 3. The third time, they suggested to just replace the door panel to save trouble of replacing the whole unit. The door is not fixed properly- does not stay open, automatically closes (not by feature, but due to an alignment issue I believe, as the freezer panel is not like that); the handle is somewhat loose, it shakes causing an irritating noise each time you open the fridge.

    I am happy with the new appliances I purchased but feel the delivery process could be improved upon a lot. Because I ordered 5 different things I received emails that were conflicting and calls from several different delivery persons.

    Good size for the price, and very fast ice production. Weird that the water isn't chilled though, and the buttons can be a little insensitive.
