Product is great. Delivery was questionable.
||Posted .I moved the old fridge down the stairs into the garage by myself prior to the delivery. I measured every access way to be sure the new fridge would make it. I took the banister and light off the wall prior to delivery. After 15 minutes of trying to get it up the stairs, the delivery guys told me it will not fit. I told them exactly how it would go, and they said they are not allowed to carry it like that. I work for the state worker's comp company and would not ask them to do anything unsafe in my home. I told them to leave it at the bottom of the stairs and I will get it up the stairs. They left and I began to position the fridge to be carried up to stairs. At which point, one of the delivery guys opened the front door because he had forgot he had screws in his pocket and slammed the door handle into right into the fridge. This was a complete accident, but now my brand new fridge has a dent in it and I had to get it up the stairs by myself. A friend of mine and I got it up the stairs and into place in less than five minutes without any straps or safety equipment or experience moving appliances.

Excellent fridge
||Posted .I really like this fridge it's spacious and looks great. It's also quiet and has good lighting and even cooling. I upgraded from an old style over head freezer on top fridge that was worse for ware. This one has a good layout, quality shelves and brackets and seams to work well. Miles beyond the old rental unit fridge that was here . The compressor sometimes kicks in a little bit faster or slower as it's a "digital" but it's still really quiet in the kitchen like the old one and runs very quiet and smooth. It no longer draws attention to the fridge in other rooms. The installer instructed me to run some water though it the first time for the drips and it stopped after about a gallon or so ran though it. It's been fine after that with no drippage. Probably will have to do this if you change the filter. It also wasn't enough to spill out of the little indent. It doesn't have a deep water tray to clean out but those got really nasty in my experience if you left the little cover in there and never wiped it. This one cleans up easily with a little wipe and it's done. The drips could have been just getting cold to from the ice maker chilling down a bit too as it started making ice right away even before it reached temp. I Set it to the defaults and it's keeping things just right. The little plastic drawers are a bit lighter than the older ones but they are holding up well and it seems to be a trend with the newer stuff. The only real complaint I have is that it could use a little light when you stick a cup in there and get ice or water. The ice machine spools up a little bit before it dispenses ice but it's not a bother and works great. Maybe it's not the fastest but it seems better again then other brands I've had . Those little nit picks are nothing though and it's a good improvent to be some comparable brands I've dealt with. I really like the side by side since I can place most stuff at my height and not have to reach or bend down. The quality overall fit and finish is top notch and way better than even my newer basic fridge that I bought from another brand in my last place and on sale it was about the same price. It's also much taller and wider. In my old house I removed the cabinet above them as I could reach them anyways so just be aware they do have dimensions I just missed the mark measuring it out. Oops haha. Some others said that the touch pannel buttons we're hard to press, they are easy for me if you press them right in the center and no fuss with very little effort. There are no markings where the center of the button is. It's right smack dab in the middle of the text. Pushing the edges of where they are can be difficult and not register the key presses. It probably would help people a little to mask off where they are a little bit more, just to hint at where to touch them. It looks clean and modern though this way so it just takes some getting used to. I noticed this with others pushing them as well. One I discovered the very center it works great. It does help keep a clean look to the control panel, so it's a trade off. It took a little bit to find the spot and I kept hitting them off center. Now it's automatic muscle memory for me. Overall though I really like this fridge it's a nice upgrade and compliment to my other appliances. It's design is really well tough out and just the defaults for shelf height and settings seamed well placed. If you can wait for a sale it's really a great deal.

It's Actually Nice... Here is a real review
||Posted .So when i ordered this i actually needed a counter depth, but the price was so great what was a couple inches. It shows the difference in size from my pictures below. So the Pros: works very quiet, ice, water filtration, space is amazing. Cons: No light by water for night time, only one large light on both sides, ice dropping loud sometimes So this fridge in total is not bad, and make sure you get the warranty for 3 years just to protect yourself from any of the KNOWN samsung issues. It has been working very well, and the internal space is great. There is a lot of room for groceries plus more. My only complaint so far is that there is no light when dispensing water which is a problem. I spill all over the place at night.

Been leaking since day 1...
||Posted .We have had this item since February 2017 and it has always had a slow leak on the front freezer side. We’ve never been able to actually locate the leak and it seemed slow enough to not be much of a concern. I’ve gone in to break up the ice that accumulates near the bottom drawer. It was a hassle but was never really THAT BIG of a deal. Well... we went a couple months without tending to it and tonight I noticed there was a LOT of water on the floor around the freezer side. I decided to finally go back in to clear the ice and realized that the bottom drawer (can hold several gallons) was COMPLETELY FULL and lodged in place due to the ice buildup. I tried to pull the drawer out and the handle snapped. After emptying the bottom part of my freezer and removing the glass shelf that sits on top of the bottom drawer, I decided to remove it all. It took 30 minutes, a hammer and a crow bar to get it. This has been a complete nightmare. We would have gotten this fixed a long time ago but the problem seems small when weighed against the hassle of having to store ALL of our cold items elsewhere. There’s nowhere to put them. So we have dealt with it. Guess it’s time to cash in on the extended protection plan, although they may refuse to fix the drawer because that wasn’t a manufacturer defect.

Great Refrigerator
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I love it it's cold and the ice maker and water in door were a plus. I purchased this refrigerator because my last one went out. I researched the product to nauseoum so needless to say the delivery experience was the only thing I couldn't control. They were A1 knowledgeable and courteous. The refrigerator is sleek, quiet and has a 10 year warranty on compressor which is what went out on last one.

Great Bargain
||Posted .I love the refrigerator EXCEPT the ice-water dispenser does not have a night light. That should be a basic part of the refrigerator.

Good buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. When my wife and I were looking for a suede by side, we always came back to this Samsung fridge. We like the look and feel of the product. We’ve had the appliance for two months and couldn’t be happy with our purchase. It is a bit loud at times, but that could be the placement in our kitchen.

This brand (Samsung) is just what we have always wanted. Thanks to our salesman (Ahmad), who was very friendly and professional. We are very happy indeed!
